    摘要: A game includes an adversarial figure with at least two portions that cooperatively present a figure-holding chamber. A captured figure is removably positioned in the chamber and operable to enter and exit the chamber. The holding figure also has a latch assembly that holds the portions in a closed condition where figure ingress and egress is restricted. The latch assembly can be shifted to open the portions and permit figure ingress and egress to and from the chamber. The game has an objective of freeing the captured figure from within the chamber by having a player position a rescuing figure in a game area, and releasing the captured figure from control of the holding figure as a result of a releasing act of the rescuing figure.

    摘要: This application relates to a retractable device that takes the retractable leash concept and adapts it to a projectile. The tethered projectile can be advanced by the user by kicking, throwing, hitting, or any other method of advancing a projectile. When the user initially advances the projectile, for example by throwing, the momentum of the projectile overcomes the spring force and the projectile advances a certain distance relative to the force applied to it. Once the projectile' s momentum diminishes to a level below the spring force, the spring causes the spool to reverse direction and the slack is taken up and the projectile is retrieved.

    摘要: Description: A table top pitching or tossing game which may be played indoors or outdoors. A single game board consisting of a raised board covered in carpet which has three holes in vertical alignment. These holes are lined with plastic or PVC pipe which forms pockets for scoring. Each hole is assigned a different point value for scoring. The scoring board is contained in, and attached to, a larger wooden tray shaped box (game board) which acts as a gutter or catch area for projectiles that bounce or roll off the scoring board. Players stand a distance, usually 6 feet, from the front of the game board and pitch washer shaped projectiles at the scoring pockets. The point value of the (pockets) can vary with the game being played. However in the preferred embodiment the pocket values are 1 point for the closest, 3 points for the center pocket and 5 points for the farthest pocket. The players each toss 3 washers at the pockets trying to score a total of 21 points if a player goes over 21 points his score starts again at the number of points over 21. Example: player has 18 points and scores 5 points. His score is 23 which exceed 21 by 2 points. He now has 2 points. A player who goes over 21 a second time loses and his opponent wins by default. The game requires skill to be an accomplished player, so different scoring rules may be adapted for new players or children. An additional piece of equipment included with the game is a magnetic retrieving device for removing the washers from the scoring pockets. This device consists of a round magnet glued to a 6 inch long wooden dowel. A more detailed description of the rules is attached.

The fill material contains a liquid and may contain solid objects suspended within the liquid. The shell is fabricated from an elastomeric material that is highly elastic, has high tear resistance and has a tacky exterior. When the toy projectile is thrown against a hard surface, the thin-walled shell deforms on impact and stretches into a splat pattern on the impacted surface. Due to the tackiness of the shell, the shell adheres to the impacted surface in the splat pattern. After a short period of time, the elastic properties of the shell cause the shell to contract and peel way from the impacted surface.
