Abstract:
A sweeping device for a children's vehicle, particularly pedal vehicle, which is detachably connectable to the children's vehicle and is provided underneath a housing with a brush roller which is connected to an axle for rotation therewith, a driver wheel being arranged for driving the axle of the brush roller, the driver wheel lying on the ground in the operative position of the sweeping device and being drivingly connected via a gearing to the axle of the brush roller, is characterized in that the driver wheel has a hollow interior in which the gearing is positioned, and that the interior of the driver wheel is covered at an open side by a separate cover member.
Abstract:
A transforming vehicle and launch system where the vehicle transforms between multiple configurations including a spinning top. The vehicle includes sliding front and rear segments, two sliding side segments and a receiving cavity. The launch mechanism includes a rotating launch shaft in communication with a power system and a release button. The power system includes the capability to generate and store energy. When the front and rear segments move toward one another, the two side segments are pushed outward directing a central shaft downward below the vehicle. The receiving cavity receives the launch shaft and transfers energy from the power system to the vehicle when it rotates. Energy generated and stored in the power system is transferred to the second configuration via the rotation of the launch shaft when a release button is triggered such that the vehicle separates and spins on the central shaft.
Abstract:
A motorized toy wheel launcher for launching a toy wheel is described. The motorized toy wheel launcher comprises a housing with a motor encased within the housing. The motor includes a rotor, with an actuator communicatively connected with the motor. A gear system including a plurality of gears is connected with the rotor. A driving element is connected with the gear system and configured to engage a receiving element of a detachably attachable wheel to form a drive connection. When the driving element engages the receiving element of the detachably attachable wheel, the detachably attachable wheel is rotatably accelerated in one direction, and wherein once the driving element ceases to accelerate the receiving element, the receiving element disengages from the driving element and releases the detachably attachable wheel, thereby causing the detachably attachable wheel to spin away from the motorized toy launcher.
Abstract:
A wheeled toy vehicle is disclosed having a frame and a drive wheel rotatably mounted on the frame, to roll across a support surface. A pair of forearms are pivoted to the frame, respectively on its opposite sides. Each forearm has a fist at its forward end and an elbow at its rearward end. Each forearm is constrained to pivot between a raised position having its fist well above the elbow and the support surface, and a lowered position having its fist close to the support surface. A drive couples each forearm, at a location between the elbow and fist, to the drive wheel, for repeatedly raising and lowering each forearm, as the drive wheel is rotated. A pair of upper arms respectively are pivoted to the forearms at the elbows. The upper arm is angled relative to its associated forearm, the angle between each upper arm and forearm being its minimum near the raised position and being its maximum near the lowered position. A mouth is defined by relatively movable lower and upper jaw members supported by the frame. A drive moves the upper jaw member relative to the lower jaw member, to open and close the mouth, in a predetermined timed relationship as said drive wheel is rotated.
Abstract:
A toy or model vehicle having ground wheels, of which at least one is formed with a cam or lobe that cooperates with a pivotable or reciprocable member mounted in the vehicle, or with an intermediate member transmitting such motion, whereby such items as simulated engine pistons, toy figures of animals and men, and gun turrets, for example, may be given movement during travel of the vehicle over a surface.
