摘要: A particle blast apparatus includes a metering portion, a comminutor and a feeding portion. The metering portion and comminutor may each be configured to provide uniformity in the discharge of particles. The metering portion controls the particle feed rate, and may include a rotor, which may have V or chevron shaped pockets. The comminutor includes at least one roller which may be moved between and including a position at which the gap of the comminutor is at maximum and a position at which the gap is at minimum. The metering portion may discharge particles directly into the feeding portion without a comminutor being present. The comminutor may receive particles directly from a source of blast media without a metering portion being present.

摘要: A roller mill for comminution of bulk material may include a first grinding roller and a second grinding roller that are arranged opposite one another and are configured to be driven in opposite directions. The grinding rollers may be positioned with a grinding gap therebetween. A fixed bearing unit may be configured to hold the second grinding roller, and a floating bearing unit may be configured to hold the first grinding roller. Attached to the floating bearing unit are hydraulic actuators for applying a force to the floating bearing unit. The hydraulic actuators are hydraulically connected to a synchronization device. The synchronization device has a plurality of hydraulic cylinders, each having a piston. The pistons may be connected to one another via a mechanical coupling such that movements of the pistons are coupled.

摘要: A roller crusher having two generally parallel rollers arranged to rotate in opposite directions, towards each other, and separated by a gap, where each roller having two ends. The roller crusher includes a flange attached to at least one of the ends of one of the rollers. The roller crusher further includes at least one mechanical scraper and a remote material removal device configured to output a material removing beam towards a target area. The at least one mechanical scraper and the remote material removal device are arranged consecutive to each other at an end of the roller with a flange for at least partially removing material accumulated on the flange and/or on the outer surface at the end of the roller. A method for operating a roller crusher is also provided.

The first piston may be moveable between first and second positions. The second piston may be moveable between third and fourth positions. The second piston may be configured not to engage the first piston when the second piston is disposed at the third position. The second piston may be configured to move the first piston to the second position as the second piston moves from the third position to the fourth position. A resilient member may be disposed to resiliently urge the second piston toward the fourth position.

The two peripheral streams are combined to form the first part stream and the intermediate stream forms the second part stream. 摘要: Disclosed is a partial dismantling device of a photovoltaic module capable of classifying and collecting the photovoltaic module for recycling the photovoltaic module which includes: a transfer unit for transferring a photovoltaic module; a sensor unit for distinguishing grinding heights of the photovoltaic module arranged on the transfer unit; a grind unit provided with a plurality of grinders in multiple levels, to grind the element layers of a grinding region into particles of collectible forms; and a suction unit provided with a plurality of inhalers respectively corresponding to the plurality of grinders, to classify the particles pulverized by the grind unit and to inhale the same. Thereby, the present invention may improve the efficiency in the subsequent classifying process of the photovoltaic module particles in a classifying unit, with an advantage of applying the partial dismantling device of the photovoltaic module irrespective of damages on a glass substrate.
