The pump body 10 and the diaphragm 20 are rigidly interconnected and together define an interior space 19 in the pump 1. The pump 1 is equipped with an intake valve 222, which is designed to regulate the intake of the cosmetic product into said interior space 19. The pump 115 is equipped with an outlet valve 201, which is designed to regulate the expulsion of the cosmetic product from said interior space 19. The dispensing pump 1 is designed such that the diaphragm 20 being pushed down causes the intake valve 222 to close and the outlet valve 201 to open, and such that the diaphragm 20 being released causes the outlet valve 201 to close and the intake valve 222 to open.

摘要： A device for dispensing and receiving a liquid or semi-liquid product via a dosage chamber of a pump body. The device includes a piston which is fixably mounted in the pump body and is provided with an end sealingly engaged into the chamber. The piston end is provided with a membrane forming an intake valve allowing the introduction of the product in the dosage chamber and including at least one sealing peripheral lip in sliding contact with an inner wall of the dosage chamber. The device includes a connection element wholly within the pump body for connecting the piston to the pump body. The connection element is an independent part from the membrane and the pump body and is connected to a bottom part of the pump body over a conduit extending up from the bottom part of the pump body.

Two or more legs generally extend in a circumferential direction between the support member and the seal member in order to create a large flow opening for fluid flow through the inlet valve when opened and to rapidly close the inlet valve. The pump mechanism further includes an outlet valve that is configured to draw fluid back from a nozzle of the pump after dispensing in order to minimize build up around the nozzle.
