摘要: A forging machine with one or more hammers, comprising, for each hammer, an eccentric shaft (1) adapted to rotate about a first axis; a connecting rod (2), adapted to be actuated by the eccentric shaft operating as crank; a guiding frame (10); wherein the hammer is adapted to perform an alternating working movement within said guiding frame along a second axis perpendicular to the first axis; wherein the hammer comprises a hydraulic cylinder (8) provided with a hollow body (5), to which a forging member (15) is externally fixed, and with a piston (3) at least partially inserted within said hollow body and removably coupled to the connecting rod; wherein a first hydraulic chamber (6), arranged between piston and hollow body, allows to move the hollow body away from and/or towards said piston; wherein uncoupling means are provided for uncoupling the piston from the connecting rod.

摘要: A rail forger for reforming worn rails is disclosed. The forger includes a mobile frame capable of travel along the railway and a pair of forging shoes pivotally suspended from the frame. The forging shoes are adapted to travel along either side of the rail and are shaped to conform to the desired rail profile. By periodically and simultaneously applying a force to each forging shoe, the rail is impact forged and returned to its desired profile. A resonant system comprising a pair of horizontally suspended resonant beams is excited by a pair of eccentric weights at the upper ends of the beams to drive the associated forging shoes at the lower ends of the beams against the rail.

For shaping the work piece (4), an initial position of the striking tool can be adjusted. A control and regulation device controls and regulates the velocity of the striking tool during a striking motion. According to the method of the invention, the striking tool, during a striking motion from a defined or definable initial position, impacts the work piece (4) present on the support (3) with a defined or definable impact velocity. The velocity of the striking tool during the striking motion is controlled or regulated subject to the position of the striking tool and subject to the defined impact velocity.
