    摘要: Described is a novel spindle mounting assembly for use with a computer numeric controlled (CNC) machine, such as a drill tap machine. In one example an auto changer spindle mounting assembly includes a collar with a gas inlet. The collar defines a collar opening therethrough to create a passage between the first side of the collar with the second side of the collar. The collar further includes a passage in fluid communication between the gas inlet and through a nipple to the collar opening. The mounting assembly includes a manifold body with a gas outlet adapted to mate with the gas inlet of the collar, the manifold body defined a passage in fluid communications between, the gas outlet and a manifold body inlet. Also included is at least one extension bar, adapted to mechanically fasten to the manifold body to a computer controlled machine.

    摘要: A shank attachment structure which may supply coolant even if a drill without a center pin is attached. A shank can be attached to a shank attachment hole with a single motion. The outer diameter of the shank can be inserted into the shank attachment hole. A chamfered portion is formed around an edge of a base end, and an elongated concave portion is formed on a tip end. A coolant hole is formed on a base end of the shank attachment hole, and a valve body is disposed in the hole. A sealing member is disposed adjacent to the tip end side. A first sleeve is disposed such that a base of the shank moves the first sleeve, so that a base of the sleeve separates from the sealing member; and when the shank is not in contact with the tip, an outer peripheral surface of the first sleeve moves the engaging member radially outwardly.

The housing is provided with an oil intake (13) which is connected to an oil line (16) with the external bearing (5) of the output shaft, which is linked by an oil feeding circuit with the axial bearing (9) of the output shaft. The axial bearing (9) is connected with an interior gear bearing by an interior gear (17), the interior gear (17) is encapsulated through a wall section (18). An oil discharge (14) is connected with an oil pump located outside the planetary transmission which, on the other hand, is connected with the oil intake (13).

    摘要: A chuck unit for automatic machine tools perform both power tasks and high speed finishing of pieces with lubricant/coolant fluid flowing through a chuck shaft. The chuck unit includes a support on which a first chuck for a tool is mounted and driven by a motor. A second chuck is mounted inside the first chuck and is driven by the same or a second independent motor. A set of springs acts against a shaft with an attached gripper, to close the gripper in order to clamp the tool. The unit can therefore receive different types of tools and perform different tasks, eliminating the need to use different machines for different tasks. The pull of the power tool on upstream mechanical parts is discharged against the support structure of the first chuck.
