    摘要： Provided is a hydraulic hammering device having improved hammering efficiency and of low cost. A piston has a valve switching groove between large-diameter sections thereof. A cylinder has three control ports at positions corresponding to the valve switching groove. A switching valve mechanism has a valve presser for always pressing a valve in one direction and also has a valve controller for moving, when supplying pressurized oil, the valve in the opposite direction against the pressing force of the valve presser. A valve control port communicates with the valve controller so as to supply the pressurized oil to the valve controller and is separated from a piston front chamber and a piston rear chamber. Only either a piston retraction control port or a piston advance control port communicates with the valve control port depending on advance or retraction of the valve switching groove.

    摘要： An impact tool for striking a tool such as a chisel includes a piston mounted in a cylinder. Upper, middle and lower chambers are formed therebetween. Pressure oil is fed into and discharged from the middle and lower chambers to reciprocate the piston in the cylinder under oil pressure. During a downward stroke of the piston, the oil pressure in the lower chamber is kept low. But just before it strikes a tool, the oil pressure in the lower chamber is adapted to increase so as to prevent what is called cavitation or prevent air bubbles mixed in the pressure oil in the lower chamber from growing suddenly owing to a sharp drop in the oil pressure which is caused by the rebound of the piston after striking the tool.

    摘要： This disclosure relates to a percussion tool which includes a housing having a chamber reciprocally mounting a piston with first and second pressure ducts at opposite ends of the latter and a control duct therebetween as well as a return duct in fluid communication with the chamber at a point intermediate the points of entry of the first and second pressure ducts, the improvement includes movable valve means in the form of an annular open ended valve sleeve operative for alternately placing the inlet and pressure ducts in fluid communication in a first position and placing the first pressure and return ducts in fluid communication in a second position while at the same time maintaining fluid communication between the inlet and second pressure ducts and closing communication between the inlet and first pressure ducts. The valve sleeve includes both an annular collar and a circumferential groove associated with selected ones of the latter-mentioned ducts for imparting the reciprocal motion to the valve sleeve.
