    摘要: The invention relates to a multi-profile milling apparatus (10) for machining workpieces that are preferably made of wood, wood materials, plastic, composite material and/or the like, in particular for machining edges of the workpieces, having a first milling device (11) which has at least one first milling tool (18) with a first machining profile (19), wherein the first milling device (11) is provided in an operating position and can be coupled to a drive shaft (13), and having at least one second milling device (12) which has at least one second milling tool (21) with a second machining profile (22), wherein the at least one second milling device (12) is movable relative to the first milling device (11) between a use position (24) and a non-use position (23), characterized in that a locking device (27) having at least one centrifugal element (28, 29) is provided and the at least one centrifugal element (28, 29) locks the at least one second milling device (12) in the use position (24) or the non-use position (23) during a rotating movement of the milling devices (11, 12), as well as a machining device (20).

    摘要: An apparatus having adjustable saws for wood cutting. A cutting head has at least two spaced apart disk-saws for producing respective slicing cuts in an article of wood, the saws defining respective distinct outer cutting diameters. Preferably, the disk-saws are bolted to the cutting head and spaced apart therefrom adjustable amounts by interdisposed control plates of predetermined thicknesses. Preferably, a first one of the disk-saws defines an annular ring having an inner diameter, and the outer cutting diameter for the first disk-saw is greater than the outer cutting diameter of a second one of the disk-saws. The outer cutting diameter of the second disk-saw is then less than the inner diameter of the first disk-saw, so that the second disk-saw is nested inside the first disk-saw while remaining axially displaceable therefrom. Preferably, the cutting head is relieved behind at least the cutting teeth of the second disk-saw to permit sawdust that migrates past the second disk-saw, into the space defined by the inner diameter of the first disk-saw, the second disk-saw and the cutting head, to exit through the cutting head.

    摘要: An edge machining tool in which two substantially identical tool members are mounted on a work spindle with each tool member having peripheral axial portions extending into notches in the other tool member. The aforementioned axial portions are provided with cutting edges and incline downwardly toward the other tool member so that in cross section the tool members define a "V" shape therebetween. At least one threaded adjusting spindle is provided which is held against axial movement on the work spindle and which engages the tool members with threads of respective hand so that by rotation of the adjusting spindle the tool members can be caused to move toward and away from each other on the axis of the work spindle.
