摘要: A method for preparing a resizing sleeve for lining a joining point in a pipe assembly having pipes of thicker and thinner diameter. The method includes stretching the resizing sleeve in diameter to the size of the thicker pipe in diameter of the pipe assembly, installing an installation hat according to the thicker pipe in diameter of the pipe assembly by airtightly gluing it onto the stretched resizing sleeve, and returning the resizing sleeve to the size of the thinner pipe in diameter of the pipe assembly to be lined. A suitable tool for implementing the method is also disclosed.

摘要: There is provided a pipe lining method wherein a lateral pipe lining material and a main pipe lining material are securely joined. After a lateral pipe has been lined, a start liner is applied to the main pipe and a main pipe lining material is then inserted. A heating wire for melting the start liner is mounted on a surface of a flange of the lateral pipe lining material during or after lining of the lateral pipe. While the main pipe is being lined, the heating wire is heated to melt the start liner existing between the flange of the lateral pipe lining material and the main pipe lining material. When the resin in the main pipe lining material is cured, the main pipe lining material and flange of the lateral pipe lining material are integrated. This allows the lateral pipe lining material and main pipe lining material to be reliably joined.

摘要: The disclosure is for an underground structure liner based upon an inflatable liner structure. An acid resistant layer is the innermost layer of an inflatable liners and the liner is coated with epoxy resin on its outermost surface, the surface which contacts the existing walls of the underground structure. The outermost coated surface of the liner is constructed with a fibrous fleece layer for better retention of the epoxy and better adhesion of the epoxy to the walls of the underground structure. An added feature of the liner is a structure which also seals the liner to pipes entering the underground structure.

摘要: A vehicle is wrapped by a printed adhesive film where the film is also applied over doors and other areas intended not to be covered. The film is cut at the door edge and over the area by adhesively attaching a tape having a release coating on the front surface and carrying a filament along a center of the front side. The printed film is applied over the door, the area not to be covered and the tapes and is cut along the door edge and around the area by pulling the filament from the tape so that a strip of the film at the door edge and the film over the area can be removed. The film can be stretched and pulled away from the tape for reapplying for proper fit.

摘要: An apparatus for assembling a liner from a plurality of longitudinal sections of flexible material having longitudinal edges adapted to be joined one to another to form the liner includes a path means along which the longitudinal sections of flexible material can be conveyed in a laterally reduced condition, an assembly zone at which the longitudinal edges can be joined together to form the liner, and a guide structure about which the flexible material can turn upon exiting from the path means to provide an inner section and an outer section turned back with respect to the inner section. The guide structure presents a guide, surface over which the longitudinal sections of flexible material can pass, the surface being configured to facilitate spreading of each longitudinal section from the laterally reduced condition.

摘要: There is provided a pipe lining method wherein a lateral pipe lining material and a main pipe lining material are securely joined. After a lateral pipe has been lined, a start liner is applied to the main pipe and a main pipe lining material is then inserted. 摘要: A method of, and apparatus for, lining the interior surface (13) of a passageway (15) such as a pipeline, involving progressive installation of a liner (11) on the interior surface (13) of the passageway (15) or on a substrate applied to the interior surface of the passageway by adhesively bonding the liner (11) in position. The liner (11) is bonded to the inner surface (13) of the passageway (15), or onto a substrate applied to the inner surface of the passageway, using a substance which hardens and which together with the liner (11) forms a rigid structure. The apparatus (10) includes a body (23) adapted to be moved along the passageway (15) to progressively install the liner (11). The body (23) also applies the adhesive for the bonding process.

摘要: A branch pipe liner bag immune to damage caused by a cutter is provided. In the branch pipe liner bag having a flange formed at an end of a hardenable resin impregnated bag which comprises a tubular resin-absorbent material impregnated with an unhardened liquid hardenable resin, a cylindrical anti-piercing protector 3 is embedded adjacent to the flange. According to a pipe lining method implemented using the branch pipe liner bag according to the present invention, the branch pipe liner bag adjacent to the flange is, after a branch pipe is lined, protected by the anti-piercing protector, and therefore, in a piercing work thereafter of a main pipe liner bag, the branch pipe liner bag is immune from damage caused by a cutter, thereby eliminating a problem such as infiltration of the underground water into the main pipe from a damaged portion.
