    摘要: The method includes a step (a) of geometric characterization of the profile, during which a first set of geometric remarkable points prepresenting the shape of the profile is provided. In a step (b) of functional characterization of the profile, a second set of functional remarkable points linked to the laying laws which specify the conditions for laying the tire component is provided. The remarkable points are stored in a path chart. At step (c) a series of equidistant virtual points, referred to as “potential guide points”, is defined on the profile, from the first functional remarkable point to the last functional remarkable point. Then, at step (d), the size of the path chart is reduced by applying to the path chart one or more selection criteria in order to select some of the potential guide points and remarkable points.

    摘要: A bidirectional stitching wheel may be able to conform to peaks and valleys of green rubber while building a tire. The bidirectional stitching wheel may include an inner ring including a stitcher rotation axis. The inner ring may be rotatable in a first stitcher rotational direction about the stitcher rotation axis. The inner ring may also be rotatable in a second stitcher rotational direction about the stitcher rotation axis. A flexible outer ring may be radially spaced from the inner ring. A flexible intermediate layer may be disposed between the inner ring and the outer ring. The flexible intermediate layer may be substantially equally deformable during rotation of the inner ring in both the first stitcher rotational direction and the second stitcher rotational direction.

A rubber extrusion device (1) containing a rubber extruder (2) for kneading rubber and extruding same from a discharge port (7), and a gear pump (3) connected to the discharge port (7) of the rubber extruder (2). The gear pump (3) contains an electric motor (8), a decelerator (9) linked to the electric motor (8), and a gear pump main body (10) linked to the decelerator (9). A pair of gears (11) which meshes with one another is installed in the gear pump main body (10). The electric motor (8) and the decelerator (9) are disposed in a space below the gear pump main body (10) or the cylinder part (4). Moreover, the output shaft (9b) of the decelerator and one of the gears (11) are linked by means of a wrapping transmission means.

    摘要: In the invention, at least a tire outer circumferential side portion of a tread portion is formed of a non-conductive rubber layer. The non-conductive rubber layer is formed by winding and laminating a non-conductive rubber ribbon along a tire circumferential direction. A conductive layer is provided on an outer circumference of the non-conductive rubber ribbon, and the conductive layer continuously and spirally extends along the tire circumferential direction, and is exposed on a tread surface from a bottom surface of the non-conductive rubber layer toward a tire outer circumferential side. Accordingly, an electricity generated in a vehicle body is discharged to a road through the conductive layer. Since the conductive layer is scattered within the non-conductive rubber layer and exposure on the tread surface is preferably secured, it is possible to achieve an excellent conductivity.
