    摘要: A material handling and mold filling system is provided which directs the flow of molten plastic material from an extruder and allocates the molten material to a plurality of nozzles through the use of independently operated, variable valves. The system therefore provides independent streams of molten plastic material having variable temperatures and flow rates or volumes to particular sections or regions of the mold. This independent temperature or flow of molten plastic material facilitates the complete, rapid and accurate filling of the molds, reducing turbulence and other temperature or flow-related imperfections in the finished components. A multiphase material handling system is also disclosed for expeditious sequential and simultaneous filling and pressing of the mold and extracting the completed component from the system.

    摘要: The present invention provides an imprint method of forming a pattern of an imprint material on a shot region of a substrate using a mold, the method comprising: supplying the imprint material onto the shot region so as to arrange droplets of the imprint material in arrangement patterns different from each other between a first partial region and a second partial region adjacent to each other in the shot region; performing alignment between the mold and the shot region after it is started to bring the mold and the imprint material into contact with each other; performing preliminary curing of irradiating the imprint material on the shot region with light to increase a viscoelasticity of the imprint material before the alignment is completed; and performing main curing of curing the imprint material on the shot region after the alignment is completed.

    摘要: A powdery-material feeding device includes a controller configured to selectively conduct constantly keeping-control of constantly keeping rotational speed of a motor, current or voltage applied to the motor without any change as a manipulated variable for a predetermined period, or feedback-control of repetitively obtaining a difference between a discharge flow rate of the powdery material and a target value thereof at predetermined cycles and adjusting by increasing or decreasing the manipulated variable at each of the predetermined cycles in order to reduce the difference, the controller conducts the constantly keeping-control immediately after a motor starts, shifts to the feedback-control when the difference between the discharge flow rate of the powdery material and the target value thereof has an absolute value less than a threshold after the period for the constantly keeping-control elapses, and conducts constantly keeping-control without shifting to the feedback-control when the absolute value of the difference between the discharge flow rate of the powdery material and the target value thereof is more than the threshold after the period for the constantly keeping-control elapses, and the manipulated variable during the repeated constantly keeping-control is changed in accordance with the difference between the discharge flow rate of the powdery material and the target value thereof after elapse of the period for latest constantly keeping-control.
