摘要： A stencil discharge apparatus for a stencil printing machine has a discharge box for storing a predetermined amount of stencil sheets after being peeled off from a printing drum so as to discharge the stencil sheets. The stencil discharge apparatus includes a compressing device for compressing the stencil sheets discharged into the discharge box through motion of a compressing plate; a compressing pressure sensing device for sensing and outputting a compressing pressure of the compressing means; a moving amount sensing means for sensing and outputting an amount of motion of the compressing plate; and a control device for calculating a storing amount of the stencil sheets in the discharge box on the basis of sensing a predetermined pressure through the compressing pressure sensing device and an amount of motion sensed by the moving amount sensing device.

摘要： A magnet strip extends along one generator of a printing drum of a rotary stencil printing device. A clamp strip, made of a material which is magnetically attractable, is hinged to said printing drum along a line substantially parallel to said one generator thereof, near one side of said magnet strip, so that said clamp strip can be pivoted either so as to lie against and along said magnet strip, with a leading edge of a stencil master for stencil printing interposed therebetween so as to clamp the leading edge of the stencil master to the printing drum, or so as to be removed from said magnet strip so as to release the stencil master. Thereby the stencil master can be conveniently retained to the printing drum in a manner which is suitable for automation, and does not require any reinforced lug portion along the leading edge of the stencil master.

摘要： A device for collecting waste or used masters and applicable to a stencil printer or similar printer is disclosed. The device includes a waste master box accommodating a compression plate therein. The compression plate is rotatable at least more than 90 degrees about a shaft on which it is mounted. Every time a waste master peeled off a print drum is introduced into the box, the compression plate rotates over the above angular range in order to compress the waste master. The box prevents consecutive waste masters sequentially compressed by the compression plate from being localized.
