摘要： The windscreen wiper device includes a wiper element which is made of a flexible material and a carrier which operably supports the wiper element and biases the wiper element into a pre-curved position. A base is engaged with the carrier and at least one connector piece is releasably connectable with the base. The base includes a pair of holding elements which wrap around opposite lateral side edges of the carrier and a pair of laterally spaced side walls. The connector piece includes a pair of legs. A pair of projections are disposed in at least one of the side walls of the base and the legs of the connector piece and a pair of recesses are disposed on at least one of the side walls of the base and the legs of the connector piece for snappingly receiving the projections to releasably attach the connector piece with the base.

摘要： A windscreen wiper device for cleaning a windshield of a vehicle is provided. The windscreen wiper device includes a wiper strip extending in a longitudinal direction between opposite wiper strip ends, and the wiper strip is of a flexible material such as rubber for sealing against the windshield. At least one carrier element is disposed in the grooves and extends in a longitudinal direction between opposite carrier element ends. The windscreen wiper device further includes a frame structure including a plurality of claws in sliding engagement with the carrier element or elements and wherein the frame structure extends longitudinally past the ends of the wiper strip and the carrier element or elements. The frame structure includes a pair of flange portions that restrict the movement of the carrier element and the wiper strip relative to the frame structure.

The frame bar is separated from the levers to form a hanging unit, which includes the wire and the levers hanging from the wire. In this state, the lever is coated with paint. After the paint is dried, the wire is removed form the levers.

The capability of the wiper squeegee to shift in the longitudinal direction is limited by a fixed first stop on a first end of the support frame and a second stop which can move between a holding position and a release position on a second end of the support frame. An end piece on which the second stop is mounted is fastened on the second end of the support frame so that the end piece can rotate around a geometric axis which runs at least approximately parallel to the longitudinal direction of the wiper squeegee. This end piece can be locked, at least in the holding position.
