Abstract: A flip-top dispensing closure is provided. The closure includes a base and a lid. The base is attachable to a container neck and includes an integral spout. The lid includes a fixing ring and a cap. The fixing ring is attachable to the base and the cap is hingedly attached to the ring. The closure is provided with tamper-evident parts including first and second parts which are initially frangibly connected to each other within the lid, and upon first opening of the cap, the first and second parts are separated, one of the parts being retained by the cap and the other of the parts dropping onto the base.

Abstract: A scaling and dispensing structure for a container for storing and dispensing cleaning articles includes a scaling and dispensing structure. The sealing and dispensing structure includes a floor defining a bottom of the sealing and dispensing structure and a perimetric flange adjoined to the floor at an interior bottom. The perimetric flange and the floor at least partially defining a side and a bottom of a dispensing compartment. The sealing and dispensing structure further includes a dispensing orifice extending through the floor for individually dispensing the cleaning articles into the dispensing compartment and an access orifice extending through at least a portion of the floor for accessing the cleaning articles stored in the container. The scaling and dispensing structure also includes an outer lid having a size and shape adapted to mate with and seal an interior top of the perimetric flange and form a top of the dispensing compartment when in a closed position and an inner lid having a size and shape adapted to mate with and seal the access orifice and form at least a portion of a bottom of the dispensing compartment when in a closed position.

Abstract: A container with a self-closing lid. The container has an open mouth with an upper rim with two lock elongate lock lever cutouts at opposite ends thereof, and two lock levers pivoted in the lock lever receiving cutouts, each lock lever having an upper rim with catch, and a bottom wall spaced below the upper rim. A lid sized and shaped to cover the open mouth of the container has an outer rim with a lower surface with downwardly directed projections at opposite ends thereof, and an upper surface with grooves formed thereon. When the lid placed on the open mouth of the container and pushed down, the projections will push on the bottom wall of the lock levers and rotate them inwardly causing the catches to snap into the grooves on lid to lock the lock levers on the lid.

Abstract: A re-sealable container is disclosed having a lid, a body, an attachment mechanism, and a seal. The seal may extend from, or be attached to, the lid and engage at least a portion of the body, such as the side wall, including the body sealing surface and/or the lip. The engagement of the seal and body creates a seal that prevents the ingress of moisture and ambient conditions into an interior space of the body. The attachment mechanism may retain the lid in a seated, closed position on the body. The configuration of the seal and attachment mechanism accommodate a degree of error in the joining and placement of the lid and body while allowing for both the formation of a seal between the lid and body and the locking of the lid when the lid is in a closed position.

Abstract: The invention includes two interconnecting side release buckles configured to releasable connect to each other. A first webbing is secured in a loop to one release buckle, while a second webbing is secured around the other release buckle. A cable tie is positioned through the loop in the first webbing and inserted through openings in the hinged lid such that the cable tie can be tied about itself to secure the release buckle to the hinged lid. A fastener is secured through an eyelet in the second webbing and secured to a region on the trash can. Upon securing one of the side release buckles to the trash can and the other side release buckle to hinged lid, the side release buckles may be connected to each other to secure the trash can to the hinged lid and released to permit the hinged lid to open.
