Abstract:
A foldably constructed pallet includes a top member forming a top surface of the foldably constructed pallet and a bottom member forming a bottom surface of the foldably constructed pallet. The bottom member includes, extending from the bottom surface, a plurality of outer sidewalls, and a plurality of internal sidewalls. An outer sidewall of the plurality of outer sidewalls and an internal sidewall of the plurality of internal sidewalls cooperate to define a cradle configured to hold a structural insert such that folded panels of the structural insert may be engaged with each of the outer sidewall and the internal sidewall. The top member may be connected to the bottom member and covering the cradle.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a pallet. The pallet includes a main body, a clamping device configured on the main body and having a clamping groove, and a clamping plate mounted in the clamping groove. The clamping groove forms a number of groups of grooves corresponding to the clamping plate for clamping the clamping plate, and the clamping plate engages with the corresponding groove to fix packing boxes of different size. The pallet of the present disclosure can fix packing boxes of different size by fixing the clamping plate in different grooves.
Abstract:
A recyclable, paper based product packaging assembly is provided. The packaging assembly can be used to ship an entire endcap's worth of displayable products while reducing the amount of material used. The assembly comprises a pallet, corner posts, product trays and a shroud. The product trays can be lifted directly from the pallet onto store shelves for display.
Abstract:
A corrugated collapsible shipping container is disclosed which includes a rigid pallet having side panels, a back panel and a front door panel extending upwardly from the pallet, one side panel and the back panel formed from a sheet of corrugated material, and the other side panel and the door panel formed from a second sheet of corrugated material. Corrugated support beams extend across the top with a top sheet closing the container. The front door is self-hinged for access into the container.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a three-dimensional frame structure or support structure (9) for transporting and/or storing at least one object, which has a multitude of support elements (1-6, 10), which are or can be joined to one another and extend at least along the outer edges of the frame structure or support structure (9) while defining it. The invention provides that each support element (1-6, 10) is made of a multilayered composite of tightly packed sheets or boards (12) made of a corrugated paper or cardboard material, particularly corrugated board. The invention also relates to a method for easily and rapidly producing a three-dimensional frame structure or support structure of the aforementioned type.
Abstract:
The cardboard box for containing and dispensing large quantities of wire, especially metal wire for welding, comprises a cubic external container with an open top side, an octagonal-base internal container, fitting snugly into the external container and being destined to contain a coil of wire, and a bag-type wrapper made of a flexible airtight material, which is interposed between the external and the internal containers so as completely to cover the internal container and able to be closed and sealed there-upon.

Abstract:
A container (10) for stackable articles includes a base assembly (20), a plurality of side assemblies (30), a top assembly (70), and a plurality of shelf assemblies (50). The base assembly (20), side assemblies (50), and top assembly (70) are preferably constructed of a multiple layer, corrugated laminate, and are attachable to one another, defining an interior storage space (45). Each shelf assembly (50) includes a plurality of shelf support blocks (52) with a plurality of face sections (53) distributed along a length (37), and a shelf flap (54). The shelf assemblies (50) are secured to the sidewall assemblies (30), and positioned in the storage space (45) to engage manufactured articles, for example sunroofs, positioned therein.
