摘要： An apparatus for housing botanicals during transport is disclosed. The apparatus may be configured to convert to a display assembly for the botanicals. The apparatus may include: a covering component having a primary opening on one end and a permeable structure on a second end; a sleeve component having a support structure on one end and a receiving opening on a second end, the sleeve component being configured to be partially inserted into the covering component; a holding component having a secondary opening at one end and a water-tight chamber wall at the other end, the holding component being configured to be partially inserted into the sleeve component, such that the secondary opening is positioned within the sleeve component; in order facilitate converting the apparatus into a display assembly, the covering component is removed from the sleeve component and the holding component is inserted into the covering component.

摘要： Dual-compartment food container is provided having an base portion including a base panel having first and second compartments defined therein and a cover portion including a cover panel joined by a common hinge portion. The cover portion is movable relative the base portion about the hinge portion from a substantially 180-degree open position to a closed position, wherein in the closed position, the cover portion is disposed over the first compartment with the second compartment extending beyond the cover portion. Each of the base portion and cover portion include at least one interlocking tab to releasably latch the base portion and cover portion. An engagement feature of the interlocking tabs can also provide a tactile indication to a user that the cover portion is secured in the closed position. A unitary blank for forming the dual-compartment food container from a sheet of blank material is also provided.

摘要： The present invention relates to a container having a hollow shell defining a body with a dispensing aperture, and a bag within the shell, the open end of the bag extending through the dispensing aperture and being secured with respect to the outside of the shell. The bag is made from a material suitable for containing the intended contents of the container. The shell may be formed from a material that would not be suitable for containing the intended contents of the container alone. The shell may be formed from a biodegradable material, such as wood or paper pulp. The bag may be separated from the main body of the container to allow for separate disposal. The container may be sealed by providing a spout through which the contents of the container are to be dispensed, and by folding the spout over to create a nip which seals the container.

Each bottom surface is delimited on four sides by carton sides, and the halves have a common longitudinal side, which is bent in the middle when in the open state, and comprises stiffening flaps on the transverse sides. The stiffening flaps are extensions on the transverse sides. A machine for closing such a packing carton is also disclosed, as well as a related method for closing the packing carton.

The blank may include various fold lines and corner features such as gussets or glue tabs that facilitate formation of the blank into the clamshell carton that includes a tray and a lid. The tray may have a bottom panel for supporting a food product. The lid may include a window that allows inspection of the food product held in the carton. The carton may include flanges that project outwardly from the tray and lid. When the carton is closed the flanges may define overlapping pairs that may be sealed together to enclose and seal the food product within the carton.

An edge of the label cover panel (42) extends beyond an edge of the inner bundle opening to define an edge portion of the label cover panel (42). The container (72) further comprises a non-permanent adhesive on the edge portion of the label cover panel (42) to releasably secure the edge portion to the inner bundle (10) such that the label (30) is retained in a closed position.
