摘要： The present disclosure provides a lightweight, portable and detachable dispenser for reeled products such as tape, wrapping paper, aluminum foils and likes. The dispenser comprises a base portion that is lodged in the inner circumference part of roll and provides an anchoring support to the dispenser, and a top portion that lies over and above the outer circumference of the roll to allow the free end of the reeled product to pass through it and rest on a raised area to which a cutting means is attached. Top portion and the cutting means enable dispenser to be used in two different modes wherein in first mode the reeled product is cut from top side and in the second mode it is cut from bottom side. Thus, the disclosed dispenser allows universal application and improves efficiency of dispensing.

摘要： The present invention discloses a portable and detachable dispenser. The dispenser of the present invention comprise a base portion which is lodged in the inner circumference part of the roll and provides an anchoring support to the dispenser, and a top portion that essentially lies over and above the outer circumference of the roll to allow the free end of the reeled product to pass through it and rest on a raised area which comprises of a cutting means. Further, the dispenser of the present invention, in its construction and placement on the roll, provides a unique locking mechanism that keeps it securely placed even with a diminishing diameter of the roll. Lastly, the dispenser of the present invention is easier to lodge and dislodge from the roll and is much lighter and convenient to use.

The tapered rollers present material engaging surfaces on an imaginary material conversion line transverse to the travel direction of the material where the material first engages the rollers for more precise and consistent control of alignment of the stock material. The roller assembly has free ends over which the sheet stock material can be folded to reduce the width of the material traveling over the rollers.

摘要： A system for creating and dispensing cushioning dunnage is small and permits flexible installation configuration options for a single or multiple packing stations. A compact apparatus of the system is capable of being pivotally mounted as a unit on a stand and includes a motor and a material feeding arrangement driven by the motor for pulling material from a supply roll of the material supported on a stand of the system, and feeding it through the apparatus. A plurality of material shaping members upstream of the feeding arrangement shape the material in the apparatus to convert it into a continuous strip of cushioning product. The feeding arrangement in one embodiment includes cooperating feed rollers, at least one of which is a rotary cutting die having a plurality of cutting blades on its surface for cutting slits in the material at spaced locations along the length of the material to allow an operator to manually rip a desired length of cushioning product from the material being dispensed from the apparatus.
