摘要： A compact sheet carrying device comprises a tray, a first supporting arm and a second supporting arm. The tray supports a first portion of a sheet. The first supporting arm is pivotally connected to the tray at one end having a first toothed portion. The second supporting arm is pivotally connected to the tray at one end having a second toothed portion. The two toothed portions mesh with each other. The two supporting arms are concurrently in a deployed state or a retracted state. In the deployed state, the two supporting arms support a second portion of the sheet. A document processing apparatus using such sheet carrying device is also provided.

摘要： A sheet pressing apparatus assembled to a file processing equipment which has an input tray for stacking sheets and a pickup roller for feeding sheets. The sheet pressing apparatus includes a sheet pressing assembly movably mounted to the file processing equipment, a driving device including a connecting member and a stepping motor, a sensor unit and a control system. The sheet pressing assembly is driven by the stepping motor to be descending through the connecting member. When the sheet pressing assembly descends, the sensor unit touches the sheets and sends a signal to the control system, the control system figures out the thickness of the sheets by calculating steps the stepping motor having passed, then the control system makes the stepping motor further move with certain steps to drive the sheet pressing assembly further descend to apply a suitable pressure on the sheets.

A feed plate resiliently urges a bundle of checks in the receptacle towards an opposed surface. The movement of the feed plate towards the opposed surface is stopped in a position close to that surface so as to define between the plate and the surface a gap of sufficient width for the insertion of at least one check in the input receptacle.

摘要： When a sheet is fed, a feeding roller is rotated in the direction opposite to the direction in which the sheet is fed to draw out the uppermost sheet from a separation claw, and then the sheet is fed in such a manner that the feeding roller is rotated in the direction in which the sheet is fed to feed the drawn out sheet along the upper surface of a separation claw. When the sheet is fed, a curvature formation portion curves downward both ends in the width direction of the second and subsequent sheets to integrally lower pressing portions for pressing both ends in the width direction of the sheet along with the curved sheets and to separate the pressing portions from the uppermost sheet, thereby preventing the leading end of the uppermost sheet from catching the pressing portions.
