摘要: A workshop for preparing aeroengines for shipping, the workshop including a station for fitting test and measurement mechanism on an engine, a mechanism for transporting the engine to test premises and for returning the engine to the workshop, a station for removing the test and measurement mechanism, a station for endoscopic inspection, a finishing station, and a shipping station. The engines are transported from one station to another by spreaders fastened on the engines and attached to hoists that are movable in translation along an overhead structure arranged in the workshop, each station being fitted with computer terminals for displaying and tracking the tasks to be performed on the engine in the corresponding station.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for installing a land wind power generator by using lead rails, and the method includes the steps of: locating a lower support having an insertion protrusion, a horizontal stepped surface, and a ground anchor, under the ground; locating a pair of posts of a tower crane and a cage for each post at the horizontal stepped surface of the lower support, ascending a nacelle assembly and an overhead crane, and locating an intermediate support by means of an outside crane; and locating the lead rails along the ground and the front surface of the intermediate support and ascending an upper support along the lead rails by means of the overhead crane. Next, after a nacelle base, a support frame, the lead rails, and the tower crane are disassembled from the located positions, a plurality of propellers connected to rollers located inside a rotary part of the nacelle assembly are lifted by means of a winch and are inserted into a plurality of coupling grooves of the rotary part. The method of this invention has relatively low installation costs and provides more effective and rapid installation processes to advantageously reduce the construction period.

摘要: The invention is related to a type of the container lifter which is able to lift two 4 feet containers at a time, it includes two sets of the crane main lifting mechanisms and the wire rope winding systems being separate, two cranes and drive cylinders, the pulleys arranged at the crane upper frame and the two lifting pulley groups arranged on the carrier. The first crane lifting mechanism and the second crane lifting mechanism are equipped with the barrel, the crane lifting mechanism motor, the brake and the crane lifting redection gear box respectively, the two sets of the crane lifting mechanism are synchronously operated, the approach and separation are achieved by the first crane and the second crane using the connection cylinder. The invention uses the two separate cranes, the functions of separation, differential in height, displacement, included angle and releasing of the two cranes are achieved by the cylinders, two 40 feet containers can be lifted, also the cylinders can be separated so that the separate operations of the two cranes can be obtained. By using the container lifter of the invention, the efficiency of the load and unload is increased, high repayment is obtained with less increasing the equipment cost, the larger beneficial result is occurred, also it has the wider applicable prospect.

摘要: A material finishing line including a essentially linear array of work stations is disclosed. A stationary support beam extends over the work stations and substatially encloses a transmission, and supports at least one crane body and a drive means to selectively propel the crane body along the support beam. The crane body is an assembly of components arranged to raise workpieces from the work stations towards the support beam. A `U` shaped cart supports lift means to provide power to raise a lift arm and supports the lift arm and a lift arm guide. The vertical extensions of the support beam and of the cart are reduced and nearly overlap, and the vertical extension of the lift arm may be lifted into substantially overlapping relationship with the vertical extension of the cart. The ability to substantially tuck the lift arm onto the cart and a reduced vertical extension of the cart and support beam provide a material finishing line which only requires minimal headroom while reducing the dead space through which a workpiece cannot be lifted. To the same end, transmission means to propel the cart and conductors to supply the mobile lift means are substantially contained within the support beam and cart. Additionally the support beam is an assembly of support modules, which in turn are assemblies of easily fabricated standard shapes. Similarly the crane body components are assembled from easily fabricated standard shapes.

摘要: The traction system comprises a plurality of substantially parallel tendons (2) movable for pulling a load, the tendons being disposed according to a pattern in a plane perpendicular to the tendons; and at least one deviator (3) for guiding the tendons, the deviator accommodating an angular deflection of the plurality of tendons. The deviator includes a support structure (4) and a plurality of segments (5) each having an inner surface facing a convex surface of the support structure, front and rear surfaces and a plurality of channels extending from the front surface to the rear surface. The channels are disposed according to said pattern in the front and rear surfaces of each segment, each tendon being received in a respective one of the channels. At least some of the segments (5) have their inner surfaces bearing on the convex surface of the support structure (4) in response to tensile forces applied to the tendons.
