摘要: The present invention is a valve that provides for automatic and accurate fluid dispensing of two fluids at a predetermined ratio. The valve is designed to be easily assembled and disassembled by hand without the need for hand tools, and includes a diluent flow body and a concentrate flow body releasably securable to a common nozzle body portion. The diluent and concentrate flow bodies each define a flow channel and each include a first end for connection to sources of diluent and concentrate respectively, and an opposite end for fluid connection with the nozzle body. The diluent body flow channel includes a flow sensor connected to a micro-controller for sensing the flow rate of the diluent. The concentrate body flow channel includes a further flow sensor for sensing the flow rate of the concentrate. Stepper motors are secured to both the diluent and concentrate bodies and each operates a linear rod extending there through and through a flow regulator. The position of the end of each shaft end relative to a central bore of each flow regulator permits adjustment of the resultant flow rate of the corresponding liquid. The control therefore operates each stepper in accordance with the sensed flow rate of each corresponding flow sensor whereby the flow rate of each liquid can be adjusted as is required.

摘要: A post mix beverage dispense apparatus has a mixing head 10 arranged to receive different combinations of a concentrate and a diluent for dispensing any selected one of a range of beverages. The concentrates are delivered to the head 10 in dedicated flow lines 14, 16, 18, 20 under the control of respective valves 22, 24, 26, 28 actuated via a control board 52 in response to user selection of a desired beverage at a control panel 50. The diluent is delivered to the head 10 in a flow line 30 under the control of a changeover valve 32 for selectively correcting sources of different diluents to the flow line 30 via the control board 52 in response to user selection of the desired beverage at the control panel 50. The changeover valve 32 is positioned close to the mixing head 10 to minimise the volume of diluent remaining between the valve 32 and the head 10 after dispense. In a preferred arrangement, a control valve 38 is provided between the changeover valve 32 and the head 10 for providing a metered flow of diluent.

摘要: The assembly of the present invention comprises a liquid dispensing device having conduit means for delivering liquids from a storage chamber to a mixing chamber, from which the liquid product is dispensed, and valve means incorporated in each conduit. The assembly further comprises a flow meter for each liquid which operates to produce an output signal proportional to the quantity of liquid flowing through the conduit. A control means receives the output signals and operates on detecting that flow of one liquid exceeds a predetermined amount, by closing the flow control valve associated with that liquid. Upon detecting that the proper proportion is achieved, the control means signals the valve to re-open.

摘要: A post-mix beverage valve provides for automatic, accurate beverage ratioing. A valve body can be assembled, and includes a water flow hard body, syrup body and common nozzle body. The water and syrup flow bodies define flow channels and include one end for connection to water and syrup respectively, and opposite ends for fluid connection to the nozzle body. The water flow channel includes a turbine flow sensor connected to a micro-controller determining the water flow rate. The syrup flow channel includes a flow sensor, two MEMS pressure sensors, monitoring the syrup. The sensors are connected to the micro-controller and positioned about an orifice and senses sense a differential pressure indicative of syrup flow rate solenoid regulates flow of syrup through the syrup body. A stepper motor on the water body controls a rod in the flow channel in conjunction with a v-groove.

摘要: A flow regulator is provided in a liquid delivery line. The flow regulator includes flow regulation a body having an inflow port through which liquids different from each other in a property such as density, viscosity, etc flow in the body, and an outflow port through which the liquids flow out from the body. A set of rotators, which are rotated within the body in respective directions opposite to each other is provided to move the liquid by given volumes along the internal wall of the body. And a drive unit for driving the set of rotators is also provided. This construction provides an apparatus which can be used for delivering a liquid, which, in delivering liquids different from each other in viscosity, a given volume of the liquid can be accurately delivered to a liquid delivery line in a continuous manner even though the viscosity of the liquids have varied.
