摘要： A device that efficiently transfers a beverage from a dispenser to a container with minimal loss of the beverage, and in the case of a gaseous beverage, with minimal formation of a foam “head” at the top of the beverage. A tubular element is designed to be retrofit to an existing beverage dispensing outlet, such as a spigot. The tubular element has a length selected to introduce the beverage directly out the bottom of the element and into the bottom of the container being filled with the beverage. The container fills with the beverage, such that the fill line of the beverage moves from the bottom of the glass, horizontal with the opening at the bottom of the element, then upward around the tubular element toward the rim of the container, thus minimizing the amount of beverage that may splash against the sides and outside of the container, and minimizing the amount of head forming at the top of a carbonated beverage.

摘要： A beverage dispensing valve includes a manifold that receives and dispense a first liquid and a second liquid. The manifold has a first flow channel through which the first liquid is conveyed and a second flow channel through which the second liquid is conveyed. A first shutoff assembly has a valve seal on a leg disposed in the first flow channel and a second shutoff assembly has a valve seal on a leg disposed in the second flow channel. A handle assembly is coupled to the first shutoff assembly and the second shutoff assembly and movement of the handle assembly simultaneously moves the leg of the first shutoff valve and the leg of the second shutoff valve into an open position such that the first liquid flows through the first flow channel, the second liquid flows through the second flow channel, and the first liquid and second liquid mix downstream to form a mixed beverage.

The primary and secondary valves operate independently and have valve stems sliding on spaced apart axes. The primary valve is operatively connected to a handle oriented perpendicular to the horizontal inlet, such that, rotation of the handle in a substantially vertical plane causes the primary valve to open or close and actuation of the secondary valve, for example, by pushing a button operatively connected to the secondary valve stem, causes the secondary valve to open or close.
