摘要: A mixing device and method for mixing at least one first ingredient and at least one second ingredient. The device includes a body which has a wall defining a cavity. A first inlet communicates with the cavity for introducing the first ingredient and a second inlet communicates with the cavity for introducing the second ingredient. An outlet is provided in communication with the cavity receiving the mixed first and second ingredient which have been mixed in the cavity. The ingredients are mixed by introducing one ingredient as a stream and the second ingredient as a forcefully introduced stream. An area upstream of the ingredients is provided for mixing ingredients. Once mixed the ingredients must flow through the body before reaching the outlet. The device can be in the form of a kit for retrofitting on existing devices such as beverage dispensers.

摘要: A dispenser for a bottle that is adapted to contain a consumable beverage. The dispenser includes a dispenser body defining a chamber therein. The chamber is adapted to hold a flavoring component. The dispenser body has a first dispenser end, suitable for drinking therefrom, and has a second dispenser end, adapted to be positioned within the bottle when the dispenser is engaged with the bottle. The plunger is slidably disposed at least partially within the dispenser body for movement from a first plunger position to a second plunger position, in which the plunger penetrates a portion of the dispenser body to create a passageway. When the plunger is in the second plunger position and a cap is in a first cap position, the plunger end cooperates with the cap to seal the cap opening.

摘要: A post-mix beverage dispensing system for delivering syrup from a supply reservoir to one or more dispensing stations and to one or more drink dispensing units at each station including a syrup dispensing valve for the syrup in the reservoir. The syrup is adapted to be delivered from the reservoir at the delivery pressure generated by the reservoir pump and which, in light of a pressure drop between the reservoir and dispensing station or stations, may or may not provide a predetermined syrup dispensing pressure required at the dispensing station for dispensing a predetermined quantity of syrup through the dispensing valve to provide the desired syrup to soda water ratio in a dispensed drink.

摘要: A beverage dispensing apparatus with a dispenser compartment, a flexible concentrate bag with a first opening through which a beverage concentrate is introduced at a production site and optionally a second opening at the top of the bag. The second opening is used at the dispensing location to introduce a diluent into the bag. A low acid beverage concentrate is contained in the bag. A beverage homogenizing agitator subassembly is situated inside the dispenser compartment. A beverage dispensing subassembly includes a sealed fitting located at the bottom region of the bag and a tube extending therefrom. The beverage dispensing apparatus reduces shipping and maintenance costs due to shipping concentrate rather than a finished beverage while enhancing sanitation.
