摘要： A high-pressure hose hinge assembly provides a continuous fluid path between first and second components that move relative to each other. The hose hinge assembly includes a plurality of rotatable swivel fittings that couple a plurality rigid pipe sections. A first swivel fitting is fixedly coupled to the first component and another swivel fitting is coupled to the second component. At least one swivel fitting and two rigid pipe sections extend between the swivel fittings coupled to the first and second components to provide a continuous fluid path.

摘要： Apparatus for the filling of a tank with a volatile liquid includes a delivery pipe having a pair of tubular distribution members hinged to the lower end thereof. The distribution members may hinge between an insertion position where they lie parallel to the axis of the delivery pipe and a deployed position where the members are co-axial but extending normally to the axis of the delivery pipe. When in their insertion position, the distribution members as well as the delivery pipe may be passed through the conventional fill-pipe of the tank, the distribution members then hinging to their deployed position as the lower end of the delivery pipe approaches the bottom of the tank. The delivery pipe is in communication with the interior of the distribution members when the latter are in their deployed position. Holes are formed along the length of each distribution member so that volatile liquid fed down the delivery pipe in the tank is distributed throughout the area of the tank, so minimizing turbulence of liquid already in the tank.

It includes a coupling tube which can be placed in the gap and which can be sealed against the opening at one end and against the filler pipe at the other by radially inflatable gaskets. The inwardly facing second gasket is disposed at a distance above the opening and the first gasket, and the coupling tube has at least one secondary opening in the area between the first gasket and the second which serves for the connection of a vacuum line or a pressure line.

WHEN FILLING CEASES OR THE SUPPLY LINE IS NO LONGER VAPOR SEALED TO THE CONTAINER, THE VAPOR REMOVAL LINE IS AUTOMATICALLY BLOCKED TO PREVENT ESCAPE OF VAPORS INTO THE ATMOSPHERE.
