摘要: The present invention discloses a method for processing a columnar curved tempered glass. The method specifically comprises the following steps. Bending and tempering of the high temperature flat glass are divided into two stations. Bending is firstly carried out on the high temperature flat glass output by a heating furnace; the columnar extending direction of the curved glass is perpendicular to the direction the glass output from the heating furnace in the bending process, and then the formed curved glass is output to a tempering station in the columnar extending direction thereof to undergo tempering. In the present invention, bending and tempering of the high temperature flat glass are completed by two stations to break the normal procedure that bending and tempering are carried out by a single bending device intensively, thereby providing a novel technological approach for processing the columnar curved tempered glass.

摘要: A glass sheet forming apparatus (20) for continuously forming a heated glass sheet includes a roller conveyor (30) defined by a plurality of interposed first and second conveyor rolls (32,34). The first conveyor rolls (32) are mounted in a plane defined by X and Y axes for conveying the glass sheet. The second conveyor rolls (34) include independent first and second roll portions (36,38). At least one of the roll portions (36) is movable in the plane to establish rotation of the roll portion (36) with respect to a Z direction. The second conveyor rolls (34) are mounted in a plane defined by X' axis. A first actuator (44) moves the movable roll portions (36) so that part of the movable rolls (36) are elevated above the X' axis and above the first conveyor rolls (32) whereby the roller conveyor (30) becomes non-planar and a heated glass sheet is formed as a result of the non-planar conveyor shape and upward action of the second conveyor rolls (34).

A method for eliminating stress spots on a surface of glass comprises a conveying step, a glass swinging step, and an air-cooling step.

摘要: The invention relates to a method and apparatus for bending a glass panel. A heated flat glass panel is fed from a furnace onto a bending conveyor while the bending conveyor is in a straight configuration. The bending conveyor and the glass panel are arched to a desired curvature while the glass panel travels along the bending conveyor. An interpolating position-setting for the tempering conveyor's upstream end with respect to the tempering conveyor's bending radius is performed in such a way that a certain point at the tempering conveyor's upstream end coincides with a certain point at the bending conveyor's stationary downstream end. This position-setting is performed by moving the tempering conveyor in vertical and horizontal directions and by pivoting the tempering conveyor so as to change an angle between its center line of curvature and a vertical line.

摘要: An apparatus for conveying a curved glass sheet includes a disk roll conveyor and a roll conveyor set positioned downstream of the disk roll conveyor. The roll conveyor set has a plurality of roll conveyor units. In this apparatus, first and second adjusting devices are operable to provide the curved glass sheet with (a) a first conveyance route in which the disk roll conveyor and the roll conveyor set are in a horizontal position to provide a smooth horizontal conveyance surface or (b) a second conveyance route in which the disk roll conveyor is in a downward position and in which at least one roll conveyor unit at a downstream side of the roll conveyor set is in an upward position to provide a continuous concave conveyance surface.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a rotary transition section and a tempering and forming apparatus for forming bent glass. The rotary transition section includes a main rack and an auxiliary rack. A plurality of flexible shaft rollers for forming glass are arranged at intervals on the auxiliary rack along the glass conveying direction. An end of the auxiliary rack that is closer to a heating furnace is rotatably connected to the main rack. An end of the auxiliary rack that is away from the heating furnace is connected to a traction mechanism arranged on the main rack. In the tempering and forming apparatus employing the rotary transition section, a forming and tempering section has a lifting function to achieve abutment against a roller surface after the rotation of the transition section, which in turn solves the technical problem that the edge of the glass is difficult to form.
