    摘要： A yarn organizer holds the different colors of yarn required for a needlcraft project. The organizer is in the form of a flat card member having holes adjacent to the edges of the card. The holes are uniformly spaced from the edges and uniformly spaced apart, to maintain the rigidity of the card. The holes are of different diameters for convenience in holding different sizes of bundles of yarn. One surface of the card is adapted for writing so an identification of the yarns can be placed on the card adjacent to each hole.

    摘要： A yarn palette is disclosed having a flexible panel with numerous cord locks attached at one end of the panel and extending downwardly therefrom. Each cord lock includes a loop that is adjustable to support any number of skeins provided therein. The yarn palette is used to organize and store a variety of yarns, wherein each cord lock is provided with a particular shade of yarn. The flexible panel can be rolled up into a compact state to facilitate carrying and storage. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the inside surface of the panel is black to facilitate visual differentiation of similar yarn shades. The panel can also be provided with compartments and pockets for storing notions, tools, specialty yarns or other items.

    摘要： A display and storage package for an elongated flat article embodies a generally rectangular pocket defined by superimposed flexible sheets of a width greater than the width of the elongated article. The flexible sheets are joined to each other along spaced apart, longitudinal side edges and along one end edge, with the other end of the pocket being open for receiving the elongated article. An intermediate projection extends inwardly from one longitudinal side of the pocket and longitudinally spaced end projections extend inwardly from the other longitudinal sides of the pocket. The projections are so positioned relative to each other that the elongated article is movable inwardly of the intermediate projection as one end of the elongated article is moved inwardly relative to its end projection and the other end of the elongated article is moved outwardly relative to its end projection.

    摘要： There is disclosed a device for holding skeins of stitchery material under tension. A base member has a plurality of elongated slots for receiving movable pegs. A plurality of movable pegs are inserted into the plurality of slots, each slot having one peg inserted therein. A plurality of stationary pegs are mounted on the base member oppositely disposed and spaced, respectively, from the plurality of movable pegs inserted into the base member. A bias element is attached between each of the plurality of movable pegs and the base member for biasing each of the movable pegs toward one end of the slot in which it is located most remote from the respective oppositely disposed stationary peg whereby a skein of stitchery material, which may be placed around each of the movable pegs and the respective oppositely disposed stationary peg, is automatically held in tension at all times by the bias element to secure the skein to the pegs about which it is looped.
