摘要: The present invention relates to textile fabrics and methods of manufacturing textile fabrics. Particularly, the invention comprises a method of producing a fabric, comprising the steps of (i) blending chemo mechanically felting fibers with non-felting fibers into a blended feed material, (ii) spinning the blended feed material into a blended yarn, (iii) producing a fabric comprising the blended yarn, (iv) subjecting the fabric to a first fabric treatment comprising a mechanical felting treatment; and (v) subjecting the fabric to a second fabric treatment comprising a chemical treatment of the fabric with an alkali, wherein the ratio of weight of the alkali to dry fabric weight is between 0.02 and 0.05, thereby obtaining increased air space in the resultant fabric.

摘要: A wet and/or dry finishing machine for fabrics in rope or open-width form comprising a treatment tank in which a transporting means is installed for the fabric, for example in endless-loop form, the transporting means drawing the fabric from the base of the tank and feeding it against a counteracting fuller element, in proximity to at least one base wall portion of the tank there being positioned a duct provided with apertures and through which an air stream is circulated, a portion of the fabric bearing on the top of the duct. This improves drying and shortens the drying time.

摘要: A bulkiness recovery apparatus for nonwoven fabric includes a hot-air source; and a case unit including a base member, and first and second members. The first and second members face opposite first and second surfaces of the base member and partition first and second conveyor spaces. The base member has first and second hot-air chambers. The first and second surfaces have first and second jet inlets. The first and second hot-air chambers at least partly overlap in a direction normal to the first surface. First and second conveying directions of the nonwoven fabric in the first and second conveyor spaces are different. Hot air flows along the first conveying direction and is blasted from the first jet inlet into the first conveyor space. Hot air flows along the second conveying direction and is blasted from the second jet inlet into the second conveyor space.

摘要: An apparatus for recovering bulkiness of a nonwoven fabric by blowing hot air and heating the nonwoven fabric transferred in a transfer direction, includes a case member that has both end portions in the transfer direction opened; an entrance and an exit provided to openings on opposite end sides, in the transfer direction, of the case member to transfer the nonwoven fabric; and a blast opening provided on the entrance side of the case member for blasting hot air inside the case member toward the exit. Inside the case member, a sectional area at a first position downstream of the blast opening is wider than at a second position located between the blast opening and the first position. Hot air blasted from the blast opening flows downstream through the first and second positions while coming into contact with one of two faces of the nonwoven fabric inside the case member.

摘要: There is disclosed a device for the continuous fulling of a material web (6) of textile woven fabrics and knitted fabrics with a guiding passage (15) through which the material web (6) can be guided through and accelerated by means of a fluid. At the end of the guiding passage (15), there is provided an impact surface (16, 17), against which the material web (6) can be flung by the fluid. Between the impact surface (16, 17) and the guiding passage (15) there are additionally provided guiding means (26, 26') by means of which the material web (6), which is broadly guided in the guiding passage, can be brought together to a material strand (25) before impinging on the impact surface (16, 17).
