These three members are arranged in prescribed relation so that in a space (stirring chamber) between the first horizontal beam and the second horizontal beam the treatment liquid is subjected to the rapid stirring flow.

摘要： An apparatus for continuously treating strand-like textile material includes a cubic or quadratic liquid container, and an endless chain which is guided in the vicinity of the container bottom and the container end walls and is provided with transverse rods or bars of greater width than that of the textile strand to be treated. The apparatus further includes an air permeable and liquid permeable stationary support or overlay which is inclined relative to the horizontal from the textile strand inlet or entry side to the textile strand outlet or discharge side of the container. The apparatus also includes a pair of rails in the vicinity of the container bottom for the transverse rods or bars, of the endless chain, moved thereon, and upwardly directed nozzles located below the support or overlay, as well as a device for generating the transverse flow.

摘要： A method and an apparatus for carrying out a continuous cloth material treating process through a high pressure steamer drum body which is capable of keeping a high humid heat within it and permits entrance into and exit therefrom of a cloth material to be treated in a continuous manner. An arrangement of one or a plurality of liquid flow tanks is provided inside the high pressure steamer drum body to effect conveyance of the cloth material through the inside of the liquid flow tank arrangement by means of a liquid flow which takes place there. A liquid supply piping arrangement is provided for returning liquid which overflows one end of the liquid flow tank arrangement, back to the other end of the tank arrangement.

摘要： A device is provided for the continuous treatment of relatively wide textile webs in a treatment medium, wherein the web and the treatment medium move through a trough having squeezing rollers associated therewith for intensifying the treatment of the web with the treatment medium and wherein a funnel-shaped diffuser is disposed at the entrance end of the trough for introducing the web of material into the trough. The device includes squeezing means which are disposed adjacent to the diffuser means and which include a pair of coacting, rotatable squeeze rollers which define therebetween a squeezing nip disposed beneath the surface of the treatment medium and through which the web passes prior to introduction into the diffuser. Deflection means are also provided which are disposed adjacent to the discharge end of the nip of the rollers for facilitating removal of the web from engagement with the circumferential surface of the rollers and for guiding the web into the trough.

摘要： A new machine for washing fabrics is disclosed, having a washing chamber housed within a stationary tank and capable of swinging around a fixed axle. The fabric is continuously fed at an end of said chamber and comes out from the opposite end, the opposite walls of said chamber having an increasing relative distance from the first to the second end, and the cross section of said chamber along a plane perpendicular to said fixed axle having a substantially semicircular shape. Said washing chamber is provided with a set of blades, opposite and alternatively disposed with respect to a second set of blades which are integral with said stationary tank, and is also provided with a plurality of holes. The solvent contained in the tank, during the swinging movement of the washing chamber, is dragged by said blades to cross alternatively the opposite walls of said chamber through said plurality of holes, whereby the washing operation is improved. Guiding rolls and prewashing devices are also provided upstream of the washing chamber and drying rolls and spraying devices for additional washing are further provided downstream of said washing chamber.
