    摘要: To produce a nonwoven fabric comprising a conjugated fiber comprising a plurality of resins which are different in thermal shrinkage and form a phase separation structure. In the nonwoven fabric, the conjugated fibers are arranged in a direction approximately parallel to a surface direction of the nonwoven fabric and crimped. In addition, the conjugated fibers have an average curvature radius of fiber crimp of 20 to 200 μm and the crimps are distributed approximately uniformly in a thickness direction of the nonwoven fabric. The nonwoven fabric is substantially free from an adhesive agent. In the nonwoven fabric, each fiber is substantially not melt-bonded to another. The conjugated fiber may comprise a polyalkylene arylate-series resin and a modified polyalkylene arylate-series resin and have a side-by-side or eccentric sheath-core form. Since the bimetal form conjugated fibers having specific crimps are appropriately entangled with each other, the nonwoven fabric has a high stretchability and is easily torn by hand, without using scissors. The nonwoven fabric is suitable for a tape such as a bandage or a supporter.

    摘要: A nonwoven-fabric sheet having a high liquid permeation rate and a process for producing the sheet. The nonwoven-fabric sheet comprises two layers, a first layer and a second layer, and is characterized in that the first layer has a plurality of ridges and grooves which extend in parallel in the lengthwise direction, that the first layer comprises heat-fusible fibers and the second layer comprises crimped fibers, and that the sheet has an average fiber angle of 70 or less in a cross-section parallel to the lengthwise direction. The nonwoven-fabric sheet can be produced by stacking a web comprising fibers having latent crimping properties and a web comprising heat-fusible fibers, ejecting a fluid from a plurality of nozzles arranged in the width direction, while conveying the stack, to form ridges and grooves, heating the stack using a means that reduces resistance against the crimping properties of the fibers having latent crimping properties, thereby crimping the fibers having latent crimping properties, and then fusion-bonding the heat-fusible fibers.

    摘要: An hydroentangled integrated composite nonwoven material, includes a mixture of randomized continuous filaments, and synthetic staple fibers, where there are no thermal bonding points between the continuous filaments. The nonwoven material exhibits a cumulative pore volume, measured by PVD in n-hexadecane, in the pore radius range 5-150 μm, where at least 70% of the cumulative pore volume is in the pores with a pore radius above 45 μm. The nonwoven material also exhibits a cumulative pore volume, which when the synthetic staple fibers are chosen from the group of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyamide, and polylactide staple fibers is at least 9 mm3/mg, and when the synthetic staple fibers are lyocell staple fibers is at least 6 mm3/mg.
