摘要： A laundry washing machine and method automate the selection of various operational settings for a wash cycle based in part on color composition data collected from a load of articles using a color detection sensor. In some instances, the capture of color composition data is triggered by detected weight changes sensed by a weight sensor as the load of articles is added to a wash tub, and is based in part on the detection of a stable weight in the wash tub for at least a predetermined duration. In addition, in some instances, color compensation data may be used to characterize a load of articles based in part on a color decision algorithm that assigns pixels in the color compensation data to different color categories.

The transmitter power coil may be mounted to the cabinet proximal to the door. The additive dispensing assembly may include a fluid pump, a receiver power coil, and a dispenser nozzle. The fluid pump may motivate a volume of a liquid additive therefrom for an additive mist to the drum. The receiver power coil may be in selective wireless communication with the transmitter power coil to receive an electromagnetic field therefrom. The receiver power coil may be operably coupled to the fluid pump. The dispenser nozzle may be directed toward the drum downstream from the fluid pump to guide the volume of the liquid additive into the space defined by the drum.

摘要： A washing machine is disclosed. A washing machine according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a door for opening and closing a laundry inlet; a magnetic body included in the door; a processor; and a door lock switch module including a door lock key which moves in accordance with the opening and closing of the door so as to lock or unlock the door, a first switch electrically connected on the basis of movement of the door lock key to a locked position, and a second switch connected in series with the first switch and electrically connected in response to an approach of the magnetic body, wherein the processor receives a signal generated by connecting the first switch and the second switch, detects the locking of the door, and proceeds to perform the washing cycle process of the washing machine. Other embodiments are possible.
