摘要: A method of ring dyeing a yarn includes the steps of providing a cellulosic yarn chosen from the group consisting of open-end yarns and ring yarns. The yarn is immersed in only one sulfur dye box, the sulfur dye box having a sulfur concentration of 1 to 50 grams/liter. The yarn is skyed for less than 30 seconds after removal from the sulfur dye box. The yarn is rinsed in water after skying. The yarn is dyed in an indigo dye bath, with the indigo dye bath maintained at a pH of 10.8 and 12.8. The yarn is skyed after removal from the indigo dye box.

摘要: Provided are an apparatus and method for correcting a mixing ratio of monochromatic dyes. The apparatus includes a memory, and a processor connected to the memory, wherein the processor estimates a first spectrum related to an absorption ratio or absorbance of a mixed dye from a reflection ratio by concentration for each of monochromatic dyes stored in the memory, estimates, from a reflection ratio of a desired color stored in the memory, a second spectrum related to an absorption ratio or absorbance of the desired color, and corrects a mixing ratio between the monochromatic dyes used in manufacturing the mixed dye on the basis of a result of comparing the first and second spectra.

摘要: An apparatus, method, and non-transitory computer readable medium thereof for deciding a target control data set of a fabric dyeing process are provided. The apparatus decides a plurality of determination factors of a dyeing quality-related model according to a plurality of control factors corresponding to a plurality of historical control data set and calculates a coefficient corresponding to each of the determination factors. The apparatus further calculates the target control data set that minimizes a dyeing target-related model according to a control condition set, wherein the control condition set includes a predetermined range of the dyeing quality-related model and a predetermined range of each control factor.

摘要: Novel inkjet ink compositions for forming an image in a form of an elastic film attached to a surface of a stretchable and/or flexible substrate and processes utilizing same for inkjet printing color images on various substrates such as colored and absorptive or impregnable stretchable materials, which are characterized by heightened efficiency in process time, ink and energy consumption, as well as products having durable, wash-fast and abrasion-fast images printed thereon by the process, are disclosed. The novel ink compositions comprise a first part, which contains a property-adjusting agent and a carrier, and a second part which contains an emulsified property-sensitive proto-elastomeric film-forming agent, a colorant and a carrier, such that the second part congeals upon contact with the property-adjusting agent. The second part is digitally applied to the substrate less than 1 second following the application of the first part to the substrate.

摘要: A process for dyeing ramie sliver, comprising: 1.) pretreatment: cooking the ramie sliver for 8-12 minutes in a cooking reagent in a bath ratio of 1:4-10, the cooking reagent is a 1-3 g/L aqueous solution of a penetrating agent; and 2.) dyeing: dyeing the cooked ramie sliver in an active dye in a bath ratio of 1:4-10. Also disclosed is a method for preparing ramie yarn. The ramie sliver dyed according to the present invention improves the properties of ramie fibers, such that the ramie fibers are less likely to break; and the ramie fibers are less likely to harden, avoiding poor drawing, needle breakage and missing stitches during carding and coalescing in post-procedures, thus achieving the purpose of smooth yarn spinning. Also disclosed is a method for preparing ramie colored-spun yarn.

摘要: Methods for coloring socks to match suits, trousers, or shoes involves identifying a dye specification for suit material, trouser material or shoe material. The suit, slacks, or shoe material can be dyed per the dye specification. The dye specification can be transmitted to a sock manufacturing site. The methods continue by dyeing sock material with the dye specification to match the dyed suit material, the dyed shoe material, or dyed trouser material. For the suit materials and trouser materials, the suit or slacks are formed and dye specifications can be placed in a pocket of the resulting garment for future sock ordering. For the shoe embodiment, the dye specification can be placed in the shoes. A pair of socks can be formed from the dyed sock material, and the dyed socks can be connected to the respective manufactured article to form a sock/suit, sock/trouser or sock/shoes unit.
