摘要: A fatigue-resistant layered elastomeric structure is obtained by first extruding raw material of thermoplastic polyester elastomer into long linear structures. The long linear structures are further curled and bonded to form a volume of layered elastomeric structure with a certain thickness. Intermittently bonded points and continuously bonded points with fused sections equal to longer than 5 mm are formed during this process. Among all bonded points, the continuously bonded points have a proportion of at least 20%. Hardness loss rate after repeated compression is less than 23%. Relevant parameters are adjusted to obtain even larger percentages of continuously bonded points with better repeated compression durability.

摘要: A hydroformed expanded spun bonded nonwoven has a first substantially planar surface on one side thereof and a second surface on an opposite side thereof. The second surface includes a plurality of protuberances in a pattern. The hydroformed expanded spun bonded nonwoven web has an average loft of at least about 1.3 times greater than an original average loft of an original unexpanded spun bonded nonwoven web from which the hydroformed expanded spun bonded nonwoven web was created and an air permeability of at least about 1.2 times greater than an original air permeability of the original unexpanded spun bonded nonwoven web. The hydroformed expanded spun bonded nonwoven web includes bicomponent fibers combining a polymer with PLA in a ratio of polymer/PLA within a range of about 20/80 to 80/20.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for producing a nonwoven fabric which improves the impregnation property of a fabric softener in the nonwoven fabric so as to apply the nonwoven fabric to a dryer sheet (sheet-type fabric softener). In a nonwoven fabric made of two types of polyester long fiber mixed filament yarns, by widening the specific surface area, adjusting the evenness deviation to be small and increasing the porosity, the impregnation property of a fabric softener is improved even when the nonwoven fabric is made lightweight, and the nonwoven fabric can be applied to a dryer sheet.

摘要: A process for providing a material comprising a nonwoven layer of fibers is provided comprising: providing a material composition comprising: 90 to 98.7 wt. % of a recycled polyester polymer, 1 to 5 wt. % of a polyolefin polymer, and 0.3 to 5 wt. % of a compatibilizer based on the total weight of the recycled polyester polymer, the polyolefin polymer and the compatibilizer; melting the material composition; extruding the molten material composition through spinning holes in a spinneret to form extruded fibers; supplying the extruded fibers to form a nonwoven web of fibers; and consolidating the nonwoven web to obtain a material comprising a nonwoven layer of fibers.

摘要: The invention relates to bone repair and more specifically to a berberine/mineralized collagen-based composite membrane, a preparation method, and an application thereof. The composite membrane includes a berberine nanofiber membrane and a mineralized collagen membrane disposed on a unilateral surface of the berberine nanofiber membrane. The mineralized collagen with biomimetic mineralization capacity is combined with a Chinese materia medica monomer, berberine, the resulting bilayer composite membrane has a better effect on promoting osteogenesis In addition, a novel dosage form of berberine is constructed. An electrospinning method prepares a berberine nanofiber membrane. The berberine nanofibers are received by the mineralized collagen membrane, or after the berberine nanofiber membrane is obtained, a mineralized collagen membrane is prepared by applying on the surface of the berberine nanofiber membrane.

摘要: A polylactic acid nano-fiber membrane and preparation method thereof. In particular, the membrane has PLA nanofibers with an average diameter between 50 nm and 200 nm, wherein the nanofibers contain a crystal phase with a volume fraction between 45% and 85% and the crystal phase contains PLA stereocomplex crystals with a volume fraction between 85% and 95%. The method of preparation includes mixing dried PDLA and PLLA in a specific PLLA/PDLA ratio of between 95/5 and 99/1; producing continuous fibers or nonwovens in a extrusion and spinning device, and producing woven fabrics or nonwovens with the continuous fibers; heat treating the woven fabrics or nonwovens; washing the heat treated woven fabrics or nonwovens with a solvent; removing the solvent and drying the woven fabrics or nonwovens; and pressing the dried woven fabrics or nonwovens for making the membrane.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing a non-woven fabric which improves impregnation and release properties of a fabric softener in the non-woven fabric in order to apply the non-woven fabric to a dryer sheet (sheet-type fabric softener). When increasing porosity and specific surface area in a non-woven fabric made of two-component blended polyester long fibers, impregnation and release rate of a fabric softener are improved even when the non-woven fabric is lightened, making it possible to apply the non-woven fabric to a dryer sheet.
