The first hook coupled to second bail member and second push bar of first machine is in mechanical contact with first push bar of second machine. The impact energy generated at beginning of push operation and pull operation is stored in first hydraulic accumulator and second hydraulic accumulator respectively.

    摘要: An automated backslope cutting system which, based on a survey of an area, automatically adjusts a scraper blade during the cutting of a ditch backslope. The automated backslope cutting system generally includes a scraper which is automatically adjusted by a computing device to effectuate cutting of backslopes for a ditch based on a desired cut profile. The desired cut profile may be manually entered by the operator and automatically processed by the computing device. The area is surveyed with a positioning sensor to determine an optimal desired cut profile requiring a minimum number of cuts. A proximity sensor may be provided to accommodate for rotational movement of the cutting blade as the scraper performs cuts. A control software is provided for execution by the computing device to provide functionality including the automatic adjustment of hydraulic actuators controlling movement of the cutting blade as the scraper cuts the ditch and backslopes.

    摘要: A speed measurement system for use with a machine having a component rotationally mounted inside a housing may have a first sensing element configured to be mounted to the housing adjacent the component, and a second sensing element configured to be mounted to the housing. The first sensing element may be configured to generate a first signal indicative of a rotational velocity of the component. The second sensing element may be configured to generate a second signal indicative of a rotational rate of the housing. The speed measurement system may also have a controller in communication with the first and second sensing elements. The controller may be configured to determine a rotational speed of the component relative to an offboard reference based on the first and second signals.

The cycle counter may have an ejector configured to push material from a bowl of the wheeled tractor scraper, a sensor configured to generate a pressure signal indicative of a position of the ejector, and a controller in communication with the sensor. The controller may be configured to determine movement of the ejector toward a full dump position based on the pressure signal, and to record completion of a cycle for the wheeled tractor scraper after the ejector has reached the full dump position only if a value of the pressure signal exceeded a threshold value during movement of the ejector toward the full dump position.

The rear wheel drive assist includes a fluid operated drive motor coupled to the rear wheels of the machine, a diverter valve having a first position at which fluid flow is delivered from the pump to the work tool motor and a second position at which fluid flow is delivered from the pump to the drive motor, and a controller being configured to control the diverter valve to engage the rear wheel drive assist. The machine may be operated by engaging the pump and work tool motor, and then actuating the diverter valve to the second position to divert flow from the work tool motor to the drive motor.
