    摘要： A system for controlling the duration and volume of a flow of water in a flush of a Toilet, which includes a buoyant flush valve which is non-automated in user actuation thereof to a raised open position. The system includes a converting element, for converting the buoyant flush valve to a non-buoyant flush valve which is non-automated in user actuation thereof to a raised open position. A programming element enables programming of a controlling time, for controlling the duration and volume of flow of water in a flush of a toilet. A controlling element is connected to the programming element and the non-buoyant flush valve, for retaining the non-buoyant flush valve in a raised open position upon non-automated user actuation thereof to the raised open position, and for releasing the non-buoyant flush valve from the raised open position for closing the non-buoyant flush valve, within the controlling time.

    摘要： A flush system includes a valve body, a valve seat, a flushing shaft and a flush water control arrangement which includes a flush actuator and a water control pusher. The flush actuator is adapted to move between a high and a low volume actuating position. The water control pusher includes a low and a high volume pusher member spacedly extended from the flush actuator, in such a manner that when the flush actuator is moved to the high volume actuating position, the high volume pusher member is driven to move to pivotally move the flushing shaft at the higher pushing position for producing a high volume of flush water, wherein when the flush actuator is move to the low volume actuating position, the low volume pusher member is driven to move to pivotally move the flushing shaft at the lower pushing position for producing a low volume of flush water.

The flusher body includes an inlet and an outlet, and is designed to accommodate the valve assembly that controls water flow between the inlet and the outlet. The valve assembly includes a valve member movable with respect to a valve seat providing a sealing action based on applied pressure on the valve assembly. The bathroom flusher also includes an external cover designed for enclosing an electronic control module comprising a battery, a sensor, and an actuator for controlling operation of the flush valve, wherein the external cover includes at least two cover parts separately removable, and wherein the external cover is attachable with respect to the valve body in a manner also allowing removable attachment of the control module.

The central valve regulates water flow for irrigation from a water source and can lower water pressure in the pipes at its output. Each zone includes a sprinkler control unit having a sprinkler connected to a water pipe for irrigation. Each sprinkler control unit includes a local controller interfaced with a local valve for controlling water flow to the sprinkler. The sprinkler control unit also includes a local communication unit (e.g., a pressure sensor) constructed to receive communication signals from the central communication unit and provide received irrigation information to the local controller.

    摘要： A vacuum breaker is adopted for use on a water discharge end of a flush valve in a water supply piping system. It includes a valve which has a valve seat with a hollow section to house a plug. The plug is movable up and down under water pressure and a spring on the bottom to actuate flushing or stop flushing. The vacuum breaker further includes a coupling duct and a bushing housed in the coupling duct that is made from a flexible material. The coupling duct has a plurality of apertures near the top end. The outer wall of the bushing and the inner wall of the coupling duct form a gap therebetween. During flushing, the wall of the bushing is expanded outwards under water pressure to close the apertures to stop water overflow through the apertures. When the flushing stops, external air can enter through the apertures and the gap between the coupling duct and the bushing to balance the internal and external pressure and eliminate vacuum, and prevent back siphonage from occurring.
