The open-faced channel includes a pair of axially-extending shelves connected by a trench wall. The trench wall has a smooth inner surface and a corrugated outer surface. The corrugated outer surface has corrugations extending along a plane perpendicular to the central axis to allow for increased flexibility such that the flexible modular trench is bendable in a direction perpendicular to the central axis.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an assembly for providing a drain in a floor. The drain assembly includes a drain conduit, a strainer and an adaptor. The drain conduit has an inner, surface that defines a fluid flow path, and an outer surface. The strainer is disposed above the drain conduit and has openings in fluid communication with the fluid flow path of the drain conduit. The adaptor may be securable in the drain conduit and may be connected to the strainer. Prior to securing the adaptor in the drain conduit, a position of the adaptor in the drain conduit may be moveable to allow a top surface of the strainer to be substantially aligned with the floor. A method of assembly is also disclosed.

    摘要: A drain assembly comprises a shroud, a shank, and a frame. The drain assembly may further comprise a shim with an angled top surface. The frame may have an angled bottom surface.     摘要: An adapter provides leveling and elevation adjustment between the grate and strainer head of a floor drain. The strainer head is cemented in hardened concrete and has an upper seat for removably accepting the grate. The strainer head also has a tubular body defining the tubular lumen that is the drain hole. The adapter for the grate has a base ring, a set ring and a plurality of jack screws. The base ring gets seated in the strainer head's seat. The set ring forms a replacement seat for the grate to seat. Jack screws threaded into inboard tabs of the base ring provide elevation adjustment to the overlying set ring. The jack screws are disposed relative the strainer head such that the tip end and lower exposed thread portions thereof occupy and travel in the tubular lumen of the strainer head.

    摘要: A gutter drain includes a hopper with a convex bottom adjustably mated to a socket in the top of a drain tube. The socket is sized and shaped as a negative impression of the convex bottom, except that the depth of the socket is less than the depth of the convex bottom. A downtube from the drain tube is sized to fit into and mate with a vertical drain pipe. The hopper may be positioned and angled flush with a pitched surface of a gutter.

    摘要: A flanged pipe is mounted to a perforated fixed plate by limiting movement of the pipe in three mutually perpendicular axes, and rotationally around the plate axis. The mount consists of a plate and a flanged pipe. The pipe exterior is decorated with ribs parallel to the pipe axis. Each rib bears a microclip positioned to allow the plate to rest between the pipe rib microclips and the underside of the pipe flange. The perimeter of the plate perforation bears cutaways. Inserting the pipe through the perforation of the fixed plate engages the ribs with the cutaways to limit rotational movement. Movement in the plane perpendicular to the plate axis is limited by complementary diameters of the plate perforation and the pipe. Engagement of the flange on the plate limits movement of the flanged pipe through the plate perforation. Pipe retraction is limited by microclips.
