摘要： The present application includes a void form unit for creating a void space between concrete structures and expansive soil. The unit includes a cellular structure surrounded by a paper based shell. The cellular structure is impervious to moisture. Together the cellular structure and the shell make a singular rigid member. The rigid member is configured to temporarily support concrete and gradually increase in flexure so as to flex with the movement of the expansive soil. The shell is configured to weaken over time from the regulated absorption of moisture. The flexure of the cellular structure configured to increase with the deterioration of the shell.

摘要： An adapter provides leveling and elevation adjustment between the grate and strainer head of a floor drain. The strainer head is cemented in hardened concrete and has an upper seat for removably accepting the grate. The strainer head also has a tubular body defining the tubular lumen that is the drain hole. The adapter for the grate has a base ring, a set ring and a plurality of jack screws. The base ring gets seated in the strainer head's seat. The set ring forms a replacement seat for the grate to seat. Jack screws threaded into inboard tabs of the base ring provide elevation adjustment to the overlying set ring. The jack screws are disposed relative the strainer head such that the tip end and lower exposed thread portions thereof occupy and travel in the tubular lumen of the strainer head.

摘要： A floor system includes a clamping ring drain assembly for funneling water to an opening of in-floor drain plumbing. The drain assembly includes clamping rings and a cover for the input opening. A waterproof membrane has marginal material defining a hole, with the marginal material being located outboard of the upper clamping ring. A customized floor drain flasher adapter membrane has an outer first ring bonded to the marginal material of the waterproof membrane, creating a double thick ring outboard of the clamping rings. The adapter membrane further includes a ring of transition material sloping to the clamping rings. The adapter membrane has a preformed shape selected to match a vertical dimension at the construction site, so that the adapter membrane is not bent, stretched, folded or wrinkled during construction/installation, hence preventing water leaks, puckering of the membrane, and membrane cracking.

The vinyl liner then is placed over the fitting member; and a clamp member, which has a predetermined thickness not greater than the depth of the recess, is secured in the recess of the fitting member over the vinyl liner to clamp the vinyl liner between the clamp and the recess of the fitting member. This provides a flush mount or nearly flush mount of the fitting member with the vinyl liner of the pool.

The assembly includes a drainage receptacle which has an upper edge portion substantially at a level defining the bottom of the swimming pool. The receptacle has a conically shaped seating surface, and the vinyl liner covers the surface. A clamping ring is seated on the seating surface and surrounds a strainer plate which also rests on a lower edge of the seating surface. The upper surfaces of the pool liner, the clamping ring, and the strainer plate are all substantially co-planer.
