    摘要: A ceiling system in one embodiment includes first grid support members arranged in parallel spaced apart relationship. A pair of elongated lighting support members is arranged in parallel with the first grid support members. The lighting support members are spaced apart and define an axially elongated lighting opening. A lighting spacer bracket is connected between and supports the lighting support members from an overhead building support structure. In one embodiment, the bracket is configured to define a downwardly open cavity for at least partially receiving a lighting module therein. A lighting module is positioned in the lighting opening and supported by the lighting support members. In one embodiment, the lighting module may be a digital linear lighting module.

    摘要: Buckling restrained braces may include a core rod and a buckling restraining tube concentrically surrounding at least a majority of a longitudinal length of the core rod. The buckling restraining tube may be configured to inhibit buckling of the core rod upon compressive loading of the core rod. An end plate assembly may be attached, and longitudinally movable with respect, to an end of the core rod, the end plate assembly being located at a longitudinal end of the buckling restrained brace. A sleeve member may concentrically surround an end of the buckling restraining tube, the sleeve member affixed to the end plate assembly. A spring may be located laterally between the core rod and the sleeve member of the end plate assembly and longitudinally between, and in contact with, an end of the buckling restraining tube and a portion of the end plate assembly, the spring biasing the end plate assembly away from the core rod.

    摘要: A metal panel configured to be supported in a suspension ceiling grid is provided comprising a metal sheet with a central planar portion and upturned edges defining a plurality of sides of the panel. The upturned edges comprise a first, generally-upwardly extending portion sharing a common edge with the central planar portion, a second, generally horizontally portion extending inwardly from and sharing a common edge with the first portion, and a third, generally downwardly extending portion sharing a common edge with the second portion, the first, second and third portions of the edges defining downwardly-opening channels. At least one cross brace is provided that extends between at least two sides of the panel, the cross brace having ends configured to be received in the channels. The central planar portion of the panel is secured to the cross brace to limit deflection of the central portion.

    摘要: A structure for fastening components of interior equipment in the passenger compartment of an airplane. The fastening structure contains a fastener produced on the fuselage; suspension elements (2) immovably connected to the fastener, and at least one system support (1) running in the longitudinal direction of the fuselage, connected to the suspension elements (2). The suspension elements (2) include at least one first suspension element (9) and at least one second suspension element (10, 11), wherein each of the first suspension elements is rigidly connected to the system support, and each of the second suspension elements forms with the system support a sliding connection, so that the system support is able to slide relative to these second suspension elements along the longitudinal axis of the airplane fuselage. The sliding capability of the system support relative to the second suspension elements substantially reduces the load on the bulkhead in the longitudinal direction.

    摘要: A method for installing a truss-wall stud unit includes coupling a set of bottom plates with a foundation, coupling a set of hinge brackets with the set of bottom plates, coupling a first partial truss with a second partial truss to form a truss-wall stud unit, coupling the truss-wall stud unit with the bottom plates and hinge brackets, and hoisting the truss-wall stud unit into a substantially vertical position. A system includes truss-wall stud units which are connected to bottom plates using hinge brackets. Once connected to the hinge brackets and bottom plates, the truss-wall stud units are hoisted upright into a substantially vertical position using a cable system with a cable support system. Temporary interlocking spacer bars are used to brace the truss-wall stud units at predetermined intervals.
