摘要： A concealed hinge for a turn-tilt window with a fixed frame and leaf includes of a pair of scissors with a first arm and second arm, that are connected by a central hinge and which are hingeably connected by a first end to a mounting slat that is intended to be mounted on the frame, and have a hinge at a second end for coupling to the leaf. The first arm is connected by its first end to the mounting slat with a fixed frame hinge with a peg fastened to the mounting slat and the second arm is connected by its first end to the mounting slat by a shiftable frame hinge with a peg that is shiftably affixed in a guide slot of the mounting slat, whereby in the closed situation of the scissors, the mounting slat serves as a support for the tilting movement of these scissors.

摘要： The present invention is a swing and fold down tailgate mechanism which includes an inner panel, a first handle supported by the inner panel operably associated with a first latch and a second latch, a second handle supported by the inner panel operably associated with the first handle and a third latch. The present invention also includes a hinge member operably associated with the first handle and the second handle for providing hinged support of the tailgate such that the tailgate pivots in a drop down direction and alternatively in a swing open direction. When the first handle is actuated, the first and second latch will release and the second handle will be deactivated, allowing the tailgate to pivot using the third latch and hinge. When the second handle is actuated, the second and latch will release and the first handle will be deactivated, allowing the tailgate to pivot about the first latch and hinge.

摘要： A utility transport tractor having a cargo box above the rear axle with the operator's platform forward of the rear axle enabling additional seats to be included. To maintain the functionality of a conventional agricultural tractor, the cargo box tail gate and a portion of the cargo box floor can be raised to positions in which they both extend upwardly and forwardly toward the operator. In these positions, the three point hitch at the rear of the tractor is visible to the operator as is typically the case conventional agricultural tractors. The tail gate is mounted to the cargo box for rotation about multiple axes to pivot the tail gate to multiple open positions.

摘要： A safety assembly for an actuating linkage of a metallic casement window or door includes an “L” shaped guiding body fastenable on the exterior of the movable frame of the window or door, a first and a second slidable member mounted slidably on the guiding body, a flexible element that interconnects the slidable members, and a safety block. A bolt is mounted in the block and is slidable transversely relative to the direction of motion of the first slidable member and against the action of a spring. The body has two transverse guides between which the safety block is inserted. The first member has two segments with different heights and the safety block has an opening oriented towards the body and directed in the longitudinal direction of the first slidable member to prevent motion of the safety block.

The window fitting includes a flat belt revolving in the casement of the window in a guide channel with inserted corner turning facilities, the flat belt being rigidly connected with a driving lug for the operating handle, the lock pin of the lock facility, a lock element of the tilting facility and with a lock element of the scissors-type lever system for tilting the window.

With this arrangement an excellent connection between the sections is achieved.

摘要： The present invention is applicable to the field of door and window technologies, and provides a top-hung casement window, including a window frame, a casement sash, and a hinge assembly. The hinge assembly includes a first hinge, a second hinge, a pivot, a connecting piece, a swing part, and a vertical limiting part. During the turning of the casement sash, the swing part swings only around the vertical limiting part, with a limited motion space. Therefore, the swing part and the casement do not shake easily. When the casement sash is open, the position of the vertical limiting part and casement sash does not change. Because all force of gravity of the casement sash is transferred to the window frame through the vertical limiting part, the bottom of the casement sash does not rub the window frame, avoiding generation of noise and abrasion of components of the hung window.
