摘要: In a mineral material processing method, mineral material is processed in a mineral material processing plant. Heat generated in heat sources of the processing plant and/or fuel used in a motor of the processing plant is cooled in a cooler of the processing plant. The cooler is equipped with a blower. Wetting water is directed to the mineral material for binding dust generated in the processing. Heat of at least one heat source of the processing plant and/or heat of the fuel is transferred to the wetting water before using the wetting water for dust binding. The wetting water is directed, before the dust binding, to a first heat exchanger for receiving heat in the wetting water.

摘要: A continuous material extraction system for a mine. The mine includes a roadway entry and a draw-bell entry intersecting the roadway entry and affording access to a draw-bell. The system generally includes a conveyor extending along the roadway entry, roadway rails extending along the roadway entry, and a material collector moveable along the roadway rails. The material collector is operable to crush material and deposit crushed material onto the conveyor. The system also includes a loading machine that is moveable along the rails and from the roadway entry into the draw-bell entry for removing material from the draw-bell and transferring material removed from the draw bell to the material collector. A bridge conveyor extends between the loading machine and the material collector.

摘要: In a mining machine (1) designed for underground operation, for example for cutting coal seams, and being equipped with a removal conveyor means taking up the heap of debris in front of the mine face and transferring this heap of debris to a removal conveyor plant (18) arranged behind the mining machine (1), there is interpositioned, separately from the mining machine, between the mining machine (1) and the removal conveyor plant (18) a crushing aggregate (2) comprising its own travel drive and being movable on a chassis in particular being equipped it caterpillars (27). The crushing aggregate (2) comprises a receiving chute (11) provided on a frame (25), a conveyor (12) starting from this receiving chute and extending with its discharge end beyond said frame and at least one crusher roll (13) within the area between the receiving chute (11) and the discharge end (15) of the conveyor (12). At least one device for boring anchor holes and placing anchors in position is arranged on the frame (25) within the area of its front portion located adjacent the mining machine for being displaceable in advancing direction and in transverse direction thereto. On account of the crushing aggregate (2) being arranged separately from the mining machine (1), the mining machine (1) can be moved while the crushing aggregate (2) remains on one and the same place. The crushing aggregate (2) is then stepwisely moved in direction to the mining machine (1).

摘要: A mineral lump breaker, for example for use in conjunction with a coal conveyor in a mine, comprises a breaker element and reaction means, for example in the form of a breaker plate or reaction discs. The breaker element and reaction means are carried by a framework straddling the conveyor and are spaced-apart so as to define between them a lump breaking gap. Material on the conveyor is moved into the gap where it is impacted by the breaker element against the reaction means. The reaction means is adjustable with respect to the breaker element periphery to vary the gap dimension.

摘要: A material extraction system is provided for an underground mine. The mine includes a roadway entry and a draw-bell entry intersecting the roadway entry and affording access to a draw-bell. The system generally includes a loader movable from the roadway entry into the draw-bell entry for removing material from the draw-bell, a sizer coupled to the loader for sizing the removed material, a material collector operable to collect the sized material, and a shuttle car operable to receive the collected material from the material collector. The material collector has a loading end and a discharge end, and material transport device extending therebetween. The shuttle car is movable along the roadway entry for transferring the collected material so as to facilitate a substantially continuous extraction of the material.

摘要: A material extraction system for an underground mine includes an elevated haulage conveyor extending between first and second ends of a roadway entry. The haulage conveyor is cantilevered from a mine wall and conveys material toward either end of the roadway entry. The system also includes a crusher including a drive operable to move the crusher along the roadway entry. The system further includes a bridge conveyor including a first end adjacent the crusher and receiving material from the crusher, and a second end adjacent the elevated haulage conveyor and positioned for depositing material onto the elevated haulage conveyor. The bridge conveyor is moveable with the crusher along the roadway entry. The system also includes a loader moveable along the roadway entry and into and out of material collection entries to collect material therefrom and transport the material to the crusher.

摘要: In the method according to the invention and the arrangement or according to the invention for extracting extraction products in underground mining operations using the caving method, the extraction products (20) collapsing in an upper gate area (10) are extracted via at least one extraction funnel (13) or the like into an extraction path (14) driven below the gate and are transported away therein by means of an extraction conveyor (15). According to the invention the extraction funnels (13) are arranged laterally beside the extraction conveyor (15) and lead at their lower end into a ramp surface (17) inclined towards the extraction conveyor, the extraction products extracted from the gate through the extraction funnels being transported slidingly over the inclined ramp surface to the extraction conveyor. The inclined ramp surface is preferably formed by a loading ramp (22) which is so arranged in an extraction chamber (16) branching off laterally from the extraction path that its one end (19), disposed higher, is located below the extraction funnel and its other end (23), disposed lower, forms an outlet (21) towards the extraction conveyor.
