    摘要: A hydraulic pump/motor includes: a cylinder block rotating about a rotation axis; a piston in a cylinder bore; and a valve plate facing a cylinder port. The valve plate includes: a high pressure port through which oil discharged from the cylinder port flows; a low pressure port through which the oil to be sucked into the cylinder port flows; a region disposed between the high and low pressure ports in a circumferential direction of the rotation axis and including a top dead center position facing the cylinder port of the cylinder bore in which the piston moved to a top dead center is disposed; and a residual pressure release port between the top dead center position and the low pressure port in the region. The residual pressure release port includes first and second ports disposed at positions different from each other in the radial direction of the rotation axis.

    摘要: A hydrostatic axial piston pump of swashplate construction, which is also configured to be operated as a motor, has a stationary control plate against which a rotating cylinder drum is tensioned. During operation, a tilting tendency of the cylinder drum arises in the direction of that quadrant of the control plate which is operatively connected to the first part of the displacement stroke of the pistons. The control plate has a supporting device configured for the cylinder drum. The supporting device is arranged adjacent to an outer edge of the control plate in the first quadrant thereof. The supporting device is configured to be formed by a hydrostatically relieved additional field.

    摘要: Positive displacement machines and methods therefor capable of increasing a load-carrying capacity of a piston-cylinder lubrication interface of positive displacement machines having a cylinder block, a cylindrical bore defined in the cylinder block, a piston reciprocably disposed within the cylindrical bore, and a working fluid within the piston-cylinder lubrication interface to provide a load-bearing function between the piston and the bore wall of the cylinder bore. The method includes providing at least one circumferential groove on a bore wall of the cylindrical bore within the piston-cylinder lubrication interface having an opening facing the piston and that is in fluidic communication with the piston-cylinder lubrication interface so as to contain a portion of the working fluid, and operating the positive displacement machine such that the working fluid enters the cylindrical groove and promotes hydrostatic balancing of pressure of the working fluid within the piston-cylinder lubrication interface.

    摘要: A hydraulic device comprises a shaft mounted in a housing rotatable about a first axis. A plurality of pistons are fixed to a flange rotatable about a first axis. A plurality of cylindrical sleeves sleeve bottoms and sleeve jackets that cooperate with the pistons to form compression chambers. Rotation of the shaft causes the volumes of the compression chambers. Each piston head forms a sealing line within the cooperating sleeve jacket. Each sleeve jacket has a thin wall and/or is elastically movable with respect to the sleeve bottom such that at a fixed pressure the radial deformation of the sleeve jacket at the sealing line is substantially constant at piston positions ranging from bottom dead center to a position where the distance between the sleeve bottom and the sealing line is less than 50% of the distance between the sleeve bottom and the sealing line at bottom dead center.

The sections are secured on a rotor, while the pistons are secured on a piston disk or piston drum. The piston disk is configured to be tilted at different pivoting angles relative to the rotor in a variable-displacement machine, or the piston disk is tilted continuously relative to the rotor in a constant-displacement machine. The rotor and the piston disk are coupled to one another for conjoint rotation by a driving device. The rotor and the piston disk can also be coupled indirectly by a drive shaft of the machine. A sliding joint axial with respect to a drive shaft is arranged between the rotor and the piston disk.
