摘要: A reciprocating compressor is provided. The compressor includes at least one functional assembly integrated by at least one compression cylinder and at least one reciprocating piston; at least one electric motor capable of moving the reciprocating piston inside the compression cylinder; at least one set of valves capable of controlling the flow of fluid entering and leaving the compression cylinder, the valves being arranged in a head of the reciprocating compressor; at least one head cover capable of being arranged next to the head of the reciprocating compressor; and at least one suction acoustic filter integrated by at least one outlet pipe provided with at least one outlet path capable of being arranged next to the head of the reciprocating compressor. The suction acoustic filter is fastened to the head cover using a fastener.

摘要: A suction muffler for a reciprocating compressor comprises a first housing portion and a second hosing portion. The first housing portion comprising a first inlet opening, and a second inlet opening. The second housing portion comprises a blocking member configured to block one of a first refrigerant flow path from the first inlet opening to a suction muffler outlet and a second refrigerant flow path from the second inlet opening to the suction muffler outlet. The blocking member can be provided in different configurations by a selection of the second housing portion or by configuring the relative arrangement of the first housing portion and the second housing portion.

摘要: The present invention refers to a compressor with an acoustic attenuator device, preferably those used in refrigeration systems, in general. More specifically, the present invention refers to an acoustic attenuator device comprising technical, structural, and functional features capable of simplifying the method of fabricating these parts and increasing acoustic attenuation levels of hermetic compressors, in general. In this sense, the attenuator device of the present invention comprises a hollow body closed by a cover to form a structure having at least one inlet hole and an outlet hole, wherein there is provided between said hollow body and said cover at least one intermediate body dividing said structure into at least two acoustic chambers (A, A′), and is formed by a platform provided with a connecting channel, which is in fluid communication between said acoustic chambers (A, A′) and further surrounds an outlet channel, which is interconnected with said outlet hollow disposed on said cover.

摘要: In a hermetic compressor for use on an air-conditioning unit as well as a refrigerating unit such as a refrigerator and a showcase, there is disclosed a constitution designed to provide a silently operated hermetic compressor that has an intake muffler readily assembled thereon. The hermetic compressor including a substantially disk-like elastic member disposed between the intake muffler at an outlet thereof and a cylinder head is provided, in which an outlet orifice of the intake muffler constantly remains pressed against an intake valve port through a gasket.

摘要: This invention relates to a hermetic compressor used on a refrigerant cycle such as a refrigerator, and discloses a low noise compressor designed to attenuate a resonance sound in a compression chamber and intake pressure pulsing more operatively at a position adjacent to their sources, which intake pressure pulsing occurs at an intake valve port. In the compressor, a resonance space 38 is provided adjacent to the intake valve port 29 that is closer in distance to a noise source. As a result, noise can be reduced more operatively than muffling functions of an intake muffler 31 do. In addition, although acoustic characteristics of the intake muffler 31 amplify noises having specific frequencies, such noises can be attenuated before being amplified.
