    摘要: A hydraulic device can include two or more rings, a rotor having a plurality of vanes, and an adjuster. The two or more rings can be rotatably mounted within the hydraulic device and arranged adjacent one another configured for relative rotation with respect to one another. The rotor can be disposed for rotation about an axis within the two or more rings and can have a plurality of circumferentially spaced slots, each slot having at least one of the plurality of vanes located therein. The plurality of vanes can be configured to be movable between a retracted position and an extended position where the plurality of vanes work a hydraulic fluid introduced adjacent to the rotor. The adjuster can be configured to translate linearly to rotatably position the two or more rings relative to one another to increase or decrease a displacement of the hydraulic fluid between the rotor and the two or more rings.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a variable displacement vane pump capable of further reducing a pulse pressure. A vane pump (1) includes a cam ring (33). The cam ring (33) is annularly formed, and defines a plurality of pump chambers (38) on an inner peripheral side thereof in cooperation with a rotor (31) and vanes (32). An inner peripheral surface (330) of the cam ring (33) is formed in such a manner that, assuming that a confinement region refers to a region between an end portion of an intake port (221) and an end portion of a discharge port (222), at a timing when the pump chamber (38) communicates with or is disconnected from the discharge port (222) on one side corresponding to one of confinement regions or a timing close thereto, a change in a volume change amount of the pump chamber (38) on another side corresponding to the other of the confinement regions has an extreme value in a direction for reducing a change in a discharge amount at the time of the above-described communication/disconnection.

    摘要: The present invention provides a vane pump having variable displacement and high efficiency. The variable displacement vane pump includes a plurality of elongate, axially extending inserts disposed in the rotor. One of the inserts is disposed between every adjacent vane pair. The inserts are received within axially extending pockets in the rotor and are coupled to the rotor by springs. At lower rotational speeds, the inserts are retracted and the displacement of the pump chambers is at maximum. At higher rotational speeds, the inserts are advanced into the pump chambers, effectively reducing their displacement. Thus, the variable displacement pump compensates for the varying drive speed and achieves improved uniformity of fluid flow by providing maximum displacement at low speeds and reduced displacement at higher speeds.

    摘要: A hydraulic transmission or speed-change device or the like, of the type comprising a stator, an input rotor to which an input shaft is connected, and an output rotor to which an output shaft is connected, with expansible chambers between adjacent pairs of these members, is characterized by a flexible annulus fixed against rotation relative to one of the members but radially deformable relative thereto. Deformation of the annulus is effected by means of fluid pressure jacks that actuate wedges in a direction parallel to the common axis of rotation. At least some of the relatively movable portions of at least some of the expansible chambers slide against this annulus with a stroke that varies as the deformation of the annulus.
