According to yet another embodiment of the present invention, a magnetic strut channel fitting includes a substantially flat connecting plate, first and second arm members, each of the first and second arm members having a vertical plate and a horizontal plate, and a plurality of magnets, the plurality of magnets embedded into the connecting plate to allow the magnetic strut channel fitting to magnetically adhere to a strut channel. The plurality of magnets allow the magnetic strut channel fitting to be magnetically adhered to a strut channel.

摘要： A connecting structure, which is located between a first object and a second object, includes a first engaging member and a second engaging member located between the first engaging member and the first object. The first engaging member is located between the second engaging member and the second object. The second engaging member has a thickness. When a distance between the first engaging member and the first object is less than or equal to said thickness, the first engaging member and the second engaging member are not movable relative to each other. When said distance is greater than said thickness, the first engaging member and the second engaging member can be moved in a direction relative to each other, moving the first object and the second object relative to each other as well. A covering device for an opening of a building is also disclosed, which includes said connecting structure.

The embodiments have four corner tubes, bars, or channels arranged in a rectangular pattern in cross-section and connected in ways that provide improved ability to transmit torque along a long axis of the multi-track beam while providing improved resistance to bending under the forces of the torque. Fastening devices such a jam nuts may be inserted into the tracks to secure accessories to the multi-track beam or to other multi-track beams.

摘要： In various representative aspects, a clamp assembly that secures a solar panel module to a rail support structure that utilizes a generally c-shaped clamp in combination with a t-bolt and a binding bolt such that the t-bolt and binding bolt fit through a pair of apertures in the c-shaped clamp. This enables the foot of the t-bolt to be inserted into a guide on the top of the rail support structure so that the clamp can subsequently secure the solar panel module to the rail support structure by rotating the binding bolt, which in turn locks the t-bolt within the guide and the top of the clamp is then tightened with continuous rotation of the binding bolt, which also enables raised portions on the foot of the t-bolt and top of the clamp to create an electrical bonding path between the solar panel module and the rail support structure.

摘要： A twist-locking fitting for securing a strut to a rod includes first and second fitting pieces. Each fitting piece includes a half-nut portion having an interior surface defining an axis extending through first and second axial ends of the half-nut portion. Each fitting piece includes an outer flange extending outward from adjacent the first axial end of the half-nut portion and an inner flange extending outward from adjacent the second axial end of the half-nut portion. The inner flange is spaced axially apart from the outer flange to define a clearance gap. The fitting pieces are positionable on the strut in an unsecured position in which the fitting pieces are movable relative to one another. The fitting pieces are rotatable relative to the strut to move from the unsecured position to a secured position, in which the fitting pieces are fixed relative to one another on the strut.

摘要： A cantilever assembly includes a cantilever arm having longitudinal fastening channels and slots in communication with the fastening channels. The assembly also includes an attachment bracket featuring a first leg portion and a second leg portion defining a seat there between with the leg portions featuring apertures. Bolts having threaded shafts are positioned through the apertures of the attachment bracket and engage the threaded bores of nut plates positioned in the fastening channels of the cantilever arm. As a result, when the bolts are turned, the nut plates engage side walls of the fastening channels and the distal ends of the bolts engage a central pipe portion of the cantilever arm.

摘要： In various representative aspects, an apparatus for clamping and grounding solar panel frames to a mounting rail is disclosed herein. The apparatus comprises a fastener with an enlarged end, and a shank, with the enlarged end having one or more sharp protrusions that resemble teeth, and a washer with one or more sharp protrusions, and an opening. When installed, the shank is inserted through the opening of the washer, the sharp protrusions of the enlarged end penetrate either the lower or upper surface of the mounting rail and the sharp protrusions of the washer penetrate the other surface of the solar panel frames while at the same time creating a grounding path through the apparatus.
