Abstract:
A clutch mechanism for an energy storage device is disclosed. In an embodiment, the clutch mechanism includes a loading gear, a driving gear, a one-way bearing, a sleeve, and a gear shaft comprising a gear portion and a clutch portion. The gear shaft includes multiple spheres, and a push rod and an elastic element which are located in a cavity of the gear shaft. The push rod includes a groove and can slide in the axial direction of the gear shaft. A pressure block is fixed to the driving gear, the pressure block being able to push the push rod to slide in the axial direction of the gear shaft, so as to unlock or lock the sleeve and the gear shaft. A gas insulated circuit breaker employing such a clutch mechanism is also disclosed.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a linking assembly between a mechanical system, such as an aircraft seat, and an adjustment actuator, comprising an input shaft connected to an output of the actuator and an output shaft connected to an input of the mechanical system, and engagement/disengagement members placed between the input shaft and the output shaft, the members being mobile between a locked position, wherein the input shaft and the output shaft cooperate in rotation, and an unlocked position, position-copying means being mounted solidly attached to the actuator, the copying means having an input shaft, a position-copying rod being fixed between the output shaft and the input shaft of the copying means.
Abstract:
A driving force transmission device superior in reliability with suppressed rotation fluctuation. The driving force transmission device has gearing reception portions, three arm portions and a press member. The gearing reception portions are formed in the inner circumference of a rotor. The arm portions extend from a shaft radially. The arm portions can be elastically deformed. The arm portions have engagement tooth portions for transmitting a driving force of the shaft to the rotor. The press member presses the rotor to bend the arm portions in the direction where the rotor is pressed. In that state, the gearing reception portions gear with the engagement tooth portions.
Abstract:
A washing machine adopting a clutch structure wherein a power switching motor for controlling a brake band and a clutch lever in multi-stage is separately applied from a drainage motor, such that various kinds of water currents can be embodied according to the multi-control of the power switching motor and a washing method adequate to needs of cloth protection and coping with varying cloths can be provided to thereby enable to protect damage of cloths in advance, the washing machine comprising: a spin-dry tub rotably disposed in a water tub and connected to a dram and a gear case via a power line; a pulsator rotably disposed in a spin-dry tub and connected to a driving shaft coupling and a driving shaft via power line; a brake band for braking and releasing the rotation of the drum; a clutch spring for disconnecting and connecting the power of the driving shaft coupling and the gear case; and power switching motor for controlling in multi-stage operations of clutch sprig and the brake band, the washing method comprising: a first water current control method therein pulsator only rotates in forward/backward direction; a second water current control method wherein a spin-dry tub repeats forward/backward netations is opposition to those of the pulsator; a third water current control method wherein the pulsator and the spin-dry tub rotates in forward direction only; and a fourth water current control method wherein the second water current control is alternatively operated under the third water current control state.
Abstract:
A jaw clutch coupling mechanism in which spline grooves serving as ball drop-in portions of the clutch are provided with a semi-spherical ball support recess to be engaged with a steel ball by way of linear or surface contact for enhancing the strength of the jaw clutch. A stopper is provided in the shift lever link mechanism to hold the shift lever securely in the forward, neutral or reverse position, and a shock absorber is provided in association with the shifter arm of the jaw clutch to dampen the shocks of engagement of the clutch, ensuring a better feeling in shift lever operations.
Abstract:
A clutch for a vehicle seat adjuster or the like includes a central shaft that extends coaxially through a sleeve type solenoid plunger, with a drive gear nested within a cup shaped pawl on the end of the shaft. A short rod is slidably contained in the shaft normal to the shaft axis, and surrounded by a pair of steel balls held in a cylindrical wall of the drive gear, which are in turn surrounded by the stepped inner diameter of a cylindrical wall of the pawl. When the solenoid shifts the pawl back and forth, the balls are shifted toward or away from the rod, so as to make or break a positive driving connection therewith.
