摘要: A torsional vibration damper has a drive side transmission element connected to a drive; a takeoff side transmission element, which can be brought into working connection with a takeoff and which can rotate with respect to the drive side transmission element; and a damping device installed between the two transmission elements, the damping device being equipped with a spring system, which serves to transmit torque between the drive side and the takeoff side transmission element and has at least one reservoir space containing a gaseous medium. Each reservoir space of the spring system is in working connection with an assigned pressure space of a pressure circuit containing a fluid medium, where the pressure circuit can be used to adjust the pressure present in the pressure space when the torque to be transmitted by the spring system changes and thus to adapt the characteristic of the spring system to the new torque as needed.

The damper fluid arrangement encompasses a first damper fluid that has low compressibility and transmits torque between the primary side and the secondary side as well as a second damper fluid which is more compressible and is loaded when the pressure of the first fluid increases. The torsional vibration damper arrangement is characterized in that a volume containing the second damper fluid is disposed outside the primary side and outside the secondary side and does not rotate about the axis of rotation along with the primary side and the secondary side.

摘要: A torsional vibration damper has an annular driven member and an annular inertia member, coaxial with the driven member. The inertia member is capable of limited rotational movement relative to the driven member. At least one set of variable volume chambers is arranged so that the relative movement of the driven and inertia members in a first direction decreases the volume of one of the chambers and increases the volume of the other chamber, and relative movement in the opposite direction causes a reverse variation in the volume of the chambers. At least one annular spring is carried by one of the driven and inertia members. A connection is provided between the variable volume chambers and at least one side of the spring. The damper is supplied with a source of fluid in the chambers whereby relative rotational movement of the drive and inertia members pressurizes the one side of the spring causing it to flex. At least one of the chambers is provided with inlet and outlet valves so as to enable it to pump fluid from the source of fluid to the pressurized side of the spring.

摘要: A device for changing the flow rate of a liquid damping medium is a torsional vibration damper. This damper has a rotating cylindrical damper housing, connected between a drive shaft and a power takeoff shaft. Pinions are surface-mounted in a planetary fashion without axle journals between the axial faceplates of a gear pump in recesses in the pump interior. The pinions are engaged with a central gear seated on the power takeoff shaft or on drive shaft, which form gear pumps for closed circulation of the damping medium.

The matrix may be located in first and/or second channel sections defined by the rotor, liquid passing from the first to the second channel section; and a turbine may have a scoop removing liquid from the second section, proximate ends of barriers defined by the matrix.The matrix includes grooves between the barriers to communicate liquid generally parallel to an axis defined by the rotor. The grooves have end openings and may be closed in a direction toward that axis.

摘要: A torsional vibration damper includes a drive-side transmission element connected to a drive and a takeoff-side transmission element, which can deflect rotationally with respect to the drive-side element. A damping device is installed between the two transmission elements and transmits torque between the drive-side transmission element and the takeoff-side transmission element. The damping device has a gas spring system with a reservoir containing a gaseous medium. The reservoir of the gas spring system is connected to a pressure circuit which allows, at least when there is a change in the torque to be transmitted by the gas spring system, adjustment of pressure in the reservoir to adapt the characteristic of the gas spring system to a new torque.

摘要: A hydraulic torsional vibration damper comprising a primary part having an internal gear and a driving gear rim, a secondary part, and a planetary support having a hub and supported by said secondary part. A plurality of planetary gears are arranged in said planetary support and engage the internal gear of the primary part to form gear pumps for pumping a hydraulic medium. A plurality of suction chambers are arranged in the planetary support, each suction chambers having an inner and an outer wall. A ring-shaped pressure chamber is arranged between the hub of the planetary support and the planetary gears and is connected to the planetary gears. The pressure chamber is also controllably connected to the suction chambers.
