摘要: The invention relates to a nut (1) for arrangement on a hose connector, including a connecting device (2) which is connectable in a fluid-tight manner to a hose connection part (13), and a receiving means (3) for the hose connector (7), having a first end (3a) and a second end (3b), wherein the receiving means (3) is realized for the purpose of encompassing the hose connector (7) in a form-fitting manner in the circumferential direction in such a manner that the nut (1) and the hose connector (7) are rotatable in relation to one another in the circumferential direction; wherein the nut (1) comprises anti-rotation protection (4) which is realized such that, as a result of a structural element (16) of the hose connection part (13), it is transferable from an open position, in which the nut (1) and the hose connector (7) are rotatable in relation to one another in the circumferential direction when the nut is arranged on the hose connector, into a closed position in which rotating of the nut (1) in the circumferential direction in relation to the hose connector (7) is prevented when the nut (1) is arranged on the hose connector (7). The invention additionally relates to a hose connector for a fluid hose as well as to a hose connection part for a fluid hose.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a bifurcated pipe and a bifurcated connector for connecting hoses and a fuel supply hose manufactured using the same, in which connection between a torch and an oxygen tank or a gas tank is facilitated and hoses are prevented from becoming twisted or entangled during a welding or cutting process.Further, according to the present invention, a single connection hose is prevented from being damaged by sparks, a piece of steel cut off the workpiece, a discarded welding rod, or a sharp cut surface or edge of the workpiece, and a worker is capable of easily recognizing gas leakage and a portion from which gas is leaking, thereby preventing an accident.

摘要: A clamp can be used to further secure the connection between a flexible tube and a tubing connector and to eliminate or diminish fluid stasis near the connection interface. The clamp can include a hollow member having a passageway extending through the hollow member, an internal thread in the passageway, and a clamping surface in the passageway. The passageway is configured to receive the flexible tube. The internal thread is configured to engage the flexible tube and has a first diameter. The clamping surface has a second diameter less than the first diameter. A hub may be used as an adapter between the clamp and the tube.

摘要: In a joint mechanism as a pipe joint, an indicator ring is disposed between an end of a tightening cap and an outer wall portion of a body. The indicator ring is made up from a flat section that abuts against the body, an inclined section on an outer circumferential side of the flat section, and a protrusion formed on an outer edge portion of the inclined section. The protrusion is formed in parallel along an outer circumferential surface of the tightening cap. When the tube is connected, the inclined section is pressed by the end of the tightening cap, whereby the inclined section becomes substantially coplanar with the flat section. Concurrently, the protrusion projects toward an outer circumferential side of the inclined section.

摘要: A hose coupling is provided primarily for irrigation applications and features a quick-connect capability ideal for use with the flexible irrigation systems such as are used on sugar cane plantations and elsewhere requiring relatively frequent assembly and dismantling of the system, the coupling being characterized by a tubular body portion having a nipple over which a flexible irrigation hose is pulled, there being a collar on the connector body which by virtue of a pair of helical ramps is forced over the end of the irrigation hose locking it onto the nipple when the collar is twisted. Being unrestrained other than by the helical ramp structure, the collar can be pulled axially to directly engage the irrigation hose, or twisted to utilize the mechanical advantage inherent in the helical ramps so that dual alternative operative modes are inherent in the design.
