摘要: A mounting system and techniques for securing solar panels to a fixed structure including a plurality of mounting brackets and tracks and a plurality of mounting feet that connect to the tracks and anchor to the fixed structure. Each mounting bracket has a means to interconnect and interlock with the mounting brackets on adjacent solar modules. In addition, the mounting feet have a quick release mechanism to connect and disconnect from the track. The mounting feet are appropriately selected for the given fixed structure or roof type. The solar module system, in accordance with certain embodiments, has toggle anchors to reliably mount into sheathing plywood or OSB material. The solar module system, in accordance with certain embodiments, also describes an electrical conduction and coupling system for solar modules that integrates electrical coupling with mechanical coupling at the point of mechanical attachment.

摘要: A system for mounting a solar panel(s) may include a panel mounting bracket(s) having a base to be positioned on a building and a vertical extension including spaced apart vertical sidewalls extending vertically upward from the base and defining a cavity therebetween with a cross-support member extending laterally between the vertical sidewalls across the cavity. An adjustable height extension device is also provided which may include a lower portion carried within the cavity of the vertical extension and vertically slidable within the cavity, an upper portion carried by the lower portion to be connected with the solar panel(s), and a vertical height adjustment member including a head carried by the upper portion and a shaft threadably received by the cross support member to cause the lower portion to slide vertically within the cavity to adjust a vertical height of the upper portion as the vertical height adjustment member is rotated.

The holder has a base plate with two receiving elements extending therefrom for receiving the leg. Each receiving element is assigned at least one support surface, attached to the base plate, for supporting the side wall, the spacing of said support surface from the receiving element being variable.

摘要: Disclosed is a mount support structure for readily supporting and fixing a solar cell module to a mount. A module side connector is arranged downside of a lower face of the solar cell module in two places and a hook fixture is arranged upside of a lower face of a flexible frame, a mount side connector is arranged in two places of lengthwise end and intermediate portion of module support frame located below of a parallel pair arranged on a slanted face of the mount, a hook receiving hole is arranged on a back face of the module support frame, and pressing downward the solar cell module, with the hook fixture rotatively latched in the hook receiving hole, allows for output connection and mount fixture by coupling the module side and the mount side connectors, subsequently for fixing the solar cell module to the mount.

摘要: A clamp for securing a module to a rail. The clamp has a bolt having a head and a thread. The clamp includes an insert thread having a threaded aperture for receiving the thread of the bolt. The clamp having a body including an aperture to receive the bolt and wherein a first side of the body abuts the head of the bolt. The body includes a saw-toothed edge on a second side of the body opposing the first side of the body. The clamp includes a nut having a nut aperture for receiving the insert thread and the insert thread facilitating an electrical connection between the bolt and the nut. The nut having a first nut flange and a second nut flange extending toward the head of the bolt and wherein tightening of the bolt causes the nut and the body to approach one another causing the saw-toothed edge to pierce the module and the first nut flange and the second nut flange to engage and pierce notches of the rail.
