    摘要: The invention teaches an automatic discharge device for a lithium bromide absorption chiller unit, comprising an automatic pump apparatus, a pump chamber, a gas-liquid separation chamber, and a gas storage chamber. A valve F1 is disposed at the outlet line of the liquid pump. A valve F2 and a gas discharge and liquid feed line disposed between the liquid pump and the valve F1 are connected to the gas storage chamber. A valve F3 is set on the gas duct and liquid return line between the gas storage chamber and the gas-liquid separation chamber. A liquid choke self-closing discharge rubber ball valve, a one-way spring discharge valve, and additionally, an electromagnetic valve or a motorized valve are set on top of the gas storage chamber. The invention simplifies effectively the chiller construction and increases operational reliability.

    摘要: An absorption type refrigerating apparatus is provided capable of not discharging to the outside but oxidizing hydrogen gas generated therein to water through reaction with metal oxide to inhibit declination of the operational efficiency. The hydrogen gas saved in the condenser 9 is brought in direct contact with a metal oxide of the hydrogen gas removing module 93 provided in the condenser 9. This causes the reducing reaction of the metal oxide to turn the hydrogen gas to water. The module 93 or a reduction unit is accommodated in the condenser 9 thus eliminating the need of a conventional sealing structure where the reduction unit is provided outside and connected by a conduit to the condenser 9. The reducing reaction can favorably be promoted by the heat of a refrigerant vapor introduced into the condenser 9 through its inlet 94.

    摘要: In a hermetically circulating, absorption type refrigerator based on a closed circulation system of constituent members comprised of a successive communication of a regenerator, a condenser, an evaporator, an absorber and a heat exchanger, refrigeration being produced by repetitions of concentration, refrigerant dilution, and heat exchange of an aqueous concentrated lithium bromide solution sealed in the circulation system, a hydrogen gas generated in the refrigerator is continuously converted to water, condensed and removed or returned to the refrigerator as a refrigerant. The pressure increase in the refrigerator can be prevented, and a high refrigerating performance can be continuously maintained without any special maintenance.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a chiller of the type using water as refrigerant and aqueous lithium bromide or a similar compound as absorbant wherein non-condensables are purged with water vapor from the condenser to the evaporator, wherein means are provided for condensing part of the water vapor conveying the entrained non-condensables as this is conveyed to the evaporator. According to one embodiment, entrained non-condensables are contacted with a condenser tube so as to condense part of the water vapor.
