    摘要: The invention relates to a device for cooling and/or liquefying, at a low-temperature, a working fluid containing helium or consisting of pure helium. The device includes a working circuit provided with a compressor station and a cold box. The compressor station includes one or more compression stages, each using one or more compressors that include a compressor wheel rigidly connected to an axle that is rotatably mounted on bearings. The axle of each compressor is rotated by an output shaft of a motor via a gear mechanism placed in a mechanical housing including lubricating oil. Said device is characterized in that the inner space of the mechanical housing contains a gaseous atmosphere consisting of a gaseous mixture having a mean molar mass that smaller than the molar mass of the air.

    摘要: A helium recovery plant adapted to filter, compress, and purify helium gas collected from one or more helium-using instruments, as well as to liquefy and redistribute the purified gas within a closed system. The recovery plant is adapted to match the purification and liquefaction rate of the system with the consumption rate of the coupled instruments. Additionally, the recovery plant is adapted to match the liquefaction rate of a liquefaction module with a boil-off rate of liquid helium within a Dewar thereof. The recovery plant is further adapted to recycle helium therein in an effort to achieve zero loss.

    摘要: A cryogenic refrigerator (10) which generates a cryogenic temperature by compressing and expanding a working gas in a closed loop (11). The cryogenic refrigerator comprises a bypass line (22) allowing a high-pressure portion and a low-pressure portion to communicate with each other, a gas storage tank (24) located midway in the bypass line and having pressure regulation valves (23a, 23b) on the high-pressure side and the low-pressure side, respectively, and a pressure control unit (26) controlling the pressure regulation valves. The pressure control unit (26) controls the pressure regulation valves (23a, 23b) so that the pressure in the gas storage tank (24) is equal to the pressure in the closed loop at room temperature and in a stopped state and so that the pressure in the gas storage tank (24) is between the pressures in the high-pressure portion and in the low-pressure portion and is close to the pressure in the low-pressure portion in an operating state.
