According to a known method for producing a component by means of a powdery starting material, powder is mixed with auxiliaries comprising binding agents, whereby a free-flowing mass is produced. A green body is produced from the mass by means of powder injection moulding. A portion of the auxiliaries is extracted by heating the green body in a container and exposing said body to a stream of solvents. The green body is sintered, whereby the component is produced. The aim of the invention is to enable fast and gentle extraction for releasing green bodies which are produced by means of powder injection moulding. According to the invention, the extraction comprises a heating-up phase during which the temperature of the green body is permanently or gradually increased and the green body is overflown by solvent in the form of a compressed, supercritical treatment gas. An extractor that is suitable for carrying out said method is characterised by a pressure sealed housing that is provided with at least one lateral limiting wall and encloses a treatment chamber for receiving a carrier element which is loaded with a plurality of green bodies. Said housing is provided with a lock-up load and removal opening for the green bodies. Said opening is configured in the lateral limiting wall as a passage for the carrier element.

An automatic plant is provided for the continuous drying, firing and stacking of bricks and the like. The plant includes a tunnel. The drying of the material takes place in a first section of the plant in several stages with the bricks to be dried being spaced apart and subsequently reassembled. Then the bricks are moved through a next section in which they are superimposed and may be reassembled again. This movement takes place at a variable speed to compensate for any temporary stoppages in the working cycle. When the drying is completed the bricks enter into a firing kiln. From there, they move to a discharge surface upon which stacks of bricks are formed.

The invention deals with some improvements on chambers intended for setting concrete parts, as well as with the necessary complementary components to transfer the concrete parts from the production machine up to the chamber part outlet. One of the improvements consists of a certain mechanism, named transfer unit, which carries out the transportation of panels loaded with parts from the moulding machine up to a lifter responsible for raising and introducing those panels in the different floors of the chamber. Another improvement consists in providing the lifter with a counterweight stop and some moving arms to push the panels properly and prevent them from getting on top of each other, as well as to open the respective chamber gates. The chamber is a little bit inclined to facilitate the panel movement. Another improvement consists of a rolling path made up of a wheel-shaft-self-levelling bracket assembly as well as a spray watering system and an individual little roof per floor.
