摘要: A watch including a movement including itself an isochronous timepiece oscillator mechanism including a fixed support bearing a crosspiece carrying N primary resonators each including a weight carried by a rotating flexible bearing fixed to this crosspiece. Each primary resonator has a center of mass which, at rest, is on the virtual pivot axis of its rotating flexible bearing and is arranged to oscillate in rotation about this virtual pivot axis. The primary resonators are arranged in rotational symmetry of order N about a main axis parallel to the virtual pivot axes, and oscillating motions of any two primary resonators are phase shifted by the value of the central angle formed by their respective virtual pivot axes with the main axis.

摘要: A device for stopping a balance of a regulating organ mounted in a tourbillon of a timepiece. The device can be controlled by a setting device of the timepiece. The device includes at least two stop levers which are each secured pivotably to a respective lever pivot axis in such a manner that they can be brought from a rest position, in which the balance and the tourbillon are freely rotatable into a stop position, in which at least one of the stop levers acts via its free end on the balance such that the balance is stopped. The device additionally includes for each of these stop levers pre-loading structure, in such a manner that the force exerted onto the balance by each of the stop levers can act separately. The present invention also relates to a corresponding movement module equipped with such a device, respectively to a corresponding timepiece.

摘要: Timepiece including a back and display element, the timepiece being inscribed between first and second mutually parallel reference planes, the first plane being tangential to the back, and the second plane lying on the same side as the display element. The timepiece contains a movement which includes a framework. The framework includes at least two components positioned one on each side of a reference axis perpendicular to the first and second planes, on each of which components there are mounted a balance and an escapement, which together respectively form a platform escapement, each balance being mounted to pivot about an axis of rotation in the corresponding component. The framework further includes at least one support element having at least one bearing surface on which at least one of the platform escapements is positioned so that the axis of rotation is inclined with respect to the reference planes and intersects them.

摘要: An isochronal correction system for mechanical clock movements, such as automobile clocks, enabling clockworks which have been isochronally balanced within acceptable limits to perform satisfactorily in a predetermined gravitational position, such as vertically to meet the most general or usual service mounting of the clock, nevertheless providing for utilization where for some reason, such as variation of position or accessibility of the usual clock-setting stem, the clockworks must be mounted in a different position in which it has been rotated beyond the plus or minus degrees of variation permitted by the standard, i.e., vertical, orientation accommodating the original isochronal correction. To this end, means in the form of a weight relationship on the balance wheel are provided to compensate for the deviation from the standard balancing relationship. Thereby performance characteristics substantially equivalent to the standardized isochronal correction are maintained without requiring special construction, rebalancing, or adjustment of the various parts of the clockwork assembly.

摘要: A method of improving pivoting of a wheel set for a scientific instrument, including an arbor pivoting or oscillating about an axis, in which: static balancing of the wheel set is performed to bring the center of gravity onto the axis; a desired value is determined for resulting unbalance moment of the wheel set about the axis, corresponding to a predetermined divergence between a first principal longitudinal axis of inertia of the wheel set, and the axis; at a predetermined speed about the axis, the resulting unbalance moment is measured with regard to the axis; and an adjustment of the resulting unbalance moment is made within a given determined tolerance with regard to the desired value, and performed by machining both sides of a median plane including the two secondary axes of inertia of the wheel set.
